一、雅思听力简介
1.时间安排
a）录音仅播放一遍，听力结束后，会有10分钟时间填写答题卡（40min=30minlistening+10mintransferyouranswers）

二、雅思听力材料选择
1.IELTS考试技能训练教程（听力）：
俗称“黑眼睛”，适合基础薄弱的考生，做Unit1基本信息、Unit3地图题、Unit5填空题（提高抓取信息能力），Unit6总结填空
2.剑桥真题4~8
剑桥系列题有助于考生了解考试整体过程和方向，适合5.5分以上考生，帮助考生适应雅思考试的语音、语调和语速。
3.雅思听力强化标准教程
12套模拟题，大部分题目较贴近雅思考试，适合目前具备6分水平冲7分考生，如学生练习材料不充足，可考虑。
4.听力机经
三、提高听力的方法
1.听写（填写答案速度&答案准确度）
不按暂停，跟随听力音频快速写下名词、单复数、数字，
或可以一句按一次暂停，进行整篇听写
2.跟读（听力速度&反应度）
（注意：
平时练习至少要做到第三步！
）
第一遍：
看听力原文，听听力音频，查生词
第二遍：
自己朗读听力原文
第三遍：
每一句都按暂停键，跟读
第四遍：
尝试不按暂停键跟读
第五遍：
不听录音，自己按照跟读的感觉读。
