前言

本标准Q/JQ《关于批准机动车儿童乘客约束装置（儿童约束系统）的统一规定》是公司技术基础性标准之一。

本标准为公司统一执行的企业标准。

本标准适用于安徽江淮汽车股份（集团）有限公司生产的乘用车。

本标准是参照欧洲ECER44《关于批准机动车儿童乘客约束装置（儿童约束系统）的统一规定》标准进行全文翻译。

未对其中的内容作任何变更或修改，仅对其中的计量单位进行了标准化。

并采用中英文对照形式表达。

本标准附录1-6为规范性附录。

本标准自发布之日起，同时代替ECER44《关于批准机动车儿童乘客约束装置（儿童约束系统）的统一规定》。

1适用范围

1SCOPE

1.1本法规适用于安装在三轮及三轮以上动力驱动的汽车上的儿童乘客约束保护装置，但不适用于安装在折叠座椅和朝向侧面的座椅的约束保护装置。

1.1ThisRegulationappliestochildrestraintsystemswhicharesuitableforinstallationinpower-drivenvehicleshavingthreeormorewheels,andwhicharenotintendedforusewithfolding（tip-up）orwithside-facingseats.

2DEFINITIONS

本法规采用下列定义。

ForthepurposeofthisRegulation:

2.1儿童乘客约束保护系统（“约束”）的指：

安装一些部件，这些部件由安全带或有弹性的组件与紧固锁扣、调节装置、配件组合而成，某些情况下，还配备有一些例如儿童吊床、婴儿车以及附加座椅和防撞板之类的附属装置。

这些部件固定在动力驱动的汽车内，儿童乘客使用这些约束保护装置，当汽车发生碰撞或紧急刹车的情况时，儿童乘客的身体被约束不能移动，据此来保护儿童乘客不受伤害。

2.1Childrestraintsystem（'restraint'）meansanarrangementofcomponentswhichmaycomprisethecombinationofstrapsorflexiblecomponentswithasecuringbuckle,adjustingdevices,attachmentsandinsomecasesasupplementarydeviceasacarry-cot,infantcarrier,asupplementarychairand/oranimpactshield,capableofbeinganchoredtoapower-drivenvehicle.Itissodesignedastodiminishtheriskofinjurytothewearer,intheeventofacollisionorofabruptdecelerationofthevehicle,bylimitingthemobilityofthewearer'sbody.

2.1.1儿童乘客约束保护系统按儿童的体重分为5大“质量组”：

2.1.1Childrestraintsfallintofive"massgroups":

2.1.1.10组：

约束保护体重小于10kg的儿童；

2.1.1.1.group0forchildrenofamasslessthan10kg;

2.1.1.20+组：

约束保护体重小于13kg的儿童；

2.1.1.2.group0+forchildrenofamasslessthan13kg;

2.1.1.3Ⅰ组：

约束保护体重9kg~18kg的儿童；

2.1.1.3.groupIforchildrenofmassfrom9kgto18kg;

2.1.1.4Ⅱ组：

约束保护体重15kg~25kg的儿童；

2.1.1.4.groupIIforchildrenofmassfrom15kgto25kg;

2.1.1.5Ⅲ组：

约束保护体重22kg~36kg的儿童。

2.1.1.5.groupIIIforchildrenofmassfrom22kgto36kg.

2.1.2儿童乘客约束保护系统分为4种型式：

2.1.2.Childrestraintsfallintofour"categories":

2.1.2.1“通用型”：

在6.1.1.和6.1.3.1.条中规定使用的能安装在大多数汽车座椅上的儿童乘客约束保护系统，特别适用于那些与这种儿童乘客约束保护系统相兼容的汽车座椅。

该汽车座椅是根据附录13—附件2有关汽车结构综合决议（R.E.3）

（1）确定的。

2.1.2.1.a"universal"categoryforuseasspecifiedinparagraphs6.1.1.and6.1.3.1.onmostvehicleseatpositions,andinparticularthosewhichhavebeenassessedaccordingtoannex13-appendix2oftheConsolidatedResolutionontheConstructionofVehicles（R.E.3）

（1）asbeingcompatiblewithsuchacategoryofchildrestraint;

2.1.2.2“专用型”：

根据儿童乘客约束保护装置生产厂家或汽车制造厂家的说明，按6.1.1.和6.1.3.1.中规定使用的且安装在特殊汽车型式上特定的座椅位置上的儿童乘客约束保护装置。

2.1.2.2.a"restricted"categoryforuseasspecifiedinparagraphs6.1.1.and6.1.3.1.indesignatedseatpositionsforparticularvehicletypesasindicatedbyeitherthechildrestraintmanufacturerorthevehiclemanufacturer:

2.1.2.3“半通用型”：

在6.1.1.和6.1.3.2.条中规定使用的儿童乘客约束保护装置。

2.1.2.3.a"semi-universal"categoryforuseasspecifiedin

paragraphs6.1.1.and6.1.3.2;

2.1.2.4特种汽车类型适用于以下任何一种情况：

2.1.2.4.a"specificvehicle"categoryforuseeither;

2.1.2.4.16.1.2条和6.1.3.3条规定的特种汽车；

2.1.2.4.1.onspecificvehicletypes,inaccordancewithparagraphs6.1.2.and6.1.3.3.;

2.1.2.4.2自带的安装在内部的儿童乘客约束保护装置。

2.1.2.4.2.asa"builtin"childrestraint.

2.1.3儿童乘客约束保护系统可分为两种形式：

“整体式”：

由安全带或有弹性的组件与紧固锁扣、调节装置、配件组合而成，某些情况下，还配有一些诸如附加座椅和防撞板之类的附属装置。

这种形式能够借助自身的一条或几条整体的安全带进行固定。

“非整体式”：

这种形式是部分约束，即，与成人座椅安全带连接，带在儿童乘客的身上或约束保护放置儿童乘客的儿童车或婴儿吊床之类的装置，形成完整的儿童乘客约束保护系统。

2.1.3.Childrestraintsystemsmaybeoftwoclasses:

anintegralclasscomprisingacombinationofstrapsorflexiblecomponentswithasecuringbuckle,adjustingdevice,attachments,andinsomecasesasupplementarychairand/orimpactshield,capableofbeinganchoredbymeansofitsownintegralstraporstraps;anon-integralclassthatmaycompriseapartialrestraint,which,whenusedinconjunctionwithanadultbelt,whichpassesaroundthebodyofthechildorrestrainsthedeviceinwhichthechildisplaced,formsacompletechildrestraintsystem;

2.1.3.1“部分约束”指诸如助力减振垫之类的装置与成人座椅安全带连接，带在儿童乘客的身上或约束保护放置儿童乘客的儿童车或吊床之类的装置，形成完整的儿童乘客约束保护系统。

2.1.3.1.'partialrestraint'meansadevice,suchasaboostercushion,which,whenusedinconjunctionwithanadultseatbelt,whichpassesaroundthebodyofthechildorrestrainsthedeviceinwhichthechildisplaced,formsacompletechildrestraintsystem;

2.1.3.2“助力减振垫”指可用于成人座椅安全带的坚固的减振垫。

2.1.3.2.'boostercushion'meansafirmcushion,whichcanbeusedwithanadultseatbelt;

2.1.3.3“定向织带”指约束保护肩部的成人座椅安全带的织带，一个调节装置上下来回移动织带以便固定肩部的织带，并锁止织带的这个位置。

织带所处的位置不但满足儿童乘客约束保护系统的要求，而且满足肩部织带有效改变方向的要求。

绝大部分的动负荷不能由这个定向织带承担。

2.1.3.3.'guidestrap'meansastrapwhichconstrainstheshoulderstrapoftheadultseatbeltinapositiontosuitthechildandwheretheeffectivepositionatwhichtheshoulderstrapchangesdirectioncanbeadjustedbymeansofadevicewhichcanbemovedupanddownthestraptolocatethewearer'sshoulder,andthenlockedintothatposition.Thisguidestrapisnotmeanttocarryasignificantpartofthedynamicload.

2.2“儿童安全座椅”指儿童乘客乘坐的安装了儿童乘客约束保护装置的座椅。

2.2.'Child-safetychair'meansachildrestraintincorporatingachairinwhichthechildisheld.

2.3“安全带”指儿童乘客约束保护装置中由织带、紧固锁扣、调整设备和附属配件组成的部分。

2.3.'Belt'meansachildrestraintcomprisingacombinationofstrapswithasecuringbuckle,adjustingdevicesandattachments;

2.4“座椅”指儿童乘客约束保护装置的组成部分，能提供给儿童乘客一个坐下的位置。

2.4.'Chair'meansastructurewhichisaconstituentpartofthechildrestraintandisintendedtoaccommodateachildinaseatedposition;

2.4.1“吊床”指约束系统提供给儿童乘客一个以仰卧或俯卧的姿势乘车的装置，儿童的脊柱与汽车的轴向水平面垂直。

当汽车发生碰撞时，这个装置能给儿童的头部和不包括四肢在内的躯干提供约束保护力。

2.4.1.'carrycot'meansarestraintsystemintendedtoaccommodateandrestrainthechildinasupineorpronepositionwiththechild'sspineperpendiculartothemedianlongitudinalplaneofthevehicle.Itissodesignedastodistributetherestrainingforcesoverthechild'sheadandbodyexcludingitslimbsintheeventofacollision;

2.4.2“吊床约束保护”指用于将吊床制约在汽车内的装置。

2.4.2.'carry-cotrestraint'meansadeviceusedtorestrainacarrycottothestructureofthevehicle;

2.4.3“婴儿车”指约束系统提供给儿童乘客一个以脸朝向后面的半躺半斜靠的姿势乘车的装置。

当车头碰撞事故发生时，这个装置能给儿童的头部和不包括四肢在内的躯干提供约束保护力。

2.4.3.'infantcarrier'meansarestraintsystemintendedtoaccommodatethechildinarearward-facingsemi-recumbentposition.Itissodesignedastodistributetherestrainingforcesoverthechild'sheadandbodyexcludingitslimbsintheeventofthefrontalcollision.

2.5“座椅支撑”指这部分儿童乘客约束保护装置中，座椅可以被升高。

2.5.'Chairsupport'meansthatpartofachildrestraintbywhichthechaircanberaised.

2.6“儿童支撑”指这部分儿童乘客约束保护装置中，儿童可以在装置内被升高。

2.6.'Childsupport'meansthatpartofachildrestraintbywhichthechildcanberaisedwithinthechildrestraint.

2.7“碰撞防护板”指安装在儿童乘客前面的装置，当车头碰撞事故发生时，该装置可以用来对儿童身体较高的部分提供约束保护力。

2.7.'Impactshield'meansadevicesecuredinfrontofthechildanddesignedtodistributetherestrainingforcesoverthegreaterpartoftheheightofthechild'sbodyintheeventofafrontalimpact.

2.8“织带”指设计用来传递外力的弹性组件：

2.8.'Strap'meansaflexiblecomponentdesignedtotransmitforces;

2.8.1“腰带”指在完整的安全带或安全带组件中穿过并约束保护儿童乘客的盆骨部位的织带。

2.8.1.'lapstrap'meansastrapwhich,eitherintheformofacompletebeltorintheformofacomponentofsuchabelt,passesacrossthefrontof,andrestrains,thechild'spelvicregion;

2.8.2“肩部约束”指约束保护儿童乘客上部身体的那部分安全带。

2.8.2.'shoulderrestraint'meansthatpartofabeltwhichrestrainsthechild'suppertorso;

2.8.3“紧固织带”指一个织带（或者几个隔开的织带，即织带处有两条或两条以上的带状织物）附着在儿童乘客约束保护装置和腰部安全带上。

Y型织带能在儿童的两条大腿之间穿过，目的是在碰撞事故中防止儿童在通常使用的腰部安全带下滑动，并且防止腰部安全带从儿童的盆骨部位滑落。

2.8.3.'crotchstrap'meansastrap（ordividedstraps,wheretwoormorepiecesofwebbingmakeit）attachedtothechildrestraintandthelapstrapandissopositionedastopassbetweenthechild'sthighs;itisdesignedtopreventthechildslidingunderthelapbeltinnormaluseandpreventthelapbeltmovingupoffthepelvisinanimpact.

2.8.4“儿童约束织带”指安全带中，只约束保护儿童身体的组成部分。

2.8.4.'child-restrainingstrap'meansastrapwhichisaconstituentpartofthebeltandrestrainsonlythebodyofthechild;

2.8.5“儿童约束固定织带”指将儿童乘客约束保护系统固定在汽车上的织带，并且该织带也可以是汽车座椅约束保护装置的一个组成部分。

2.8.5.'child-restraintattachmentstrap'meansastrapwhichattachesthechildrestrainttothestructureofthevehicleandmaybeapartofthevehicle-seatretainingdevice;

2.8.6“背带安全带”指由腰部安全带、肩部约束、固定处的Y型织带组合而成的安全带。

2.8.6.'harnessbelt'meansabeltassemblycomprisingalapbelt,shoulderrestraintsand,wherefitted,acrotchstrap;

2.8.7“Y型安全带”指由在儿童乘客两腿之间定向的一条安全带和肩部的两条安全带构成的组合安全带。
