Thosetakingpartinthecompetitionareschoolchildren.Butwithschoolsclosedtoslowthespreadofthevirus,organizerschangedtherules.Thisyear,theteamcanincludeanyfamilymembersandpeoplewereaskedtosendinrecordingsofthemachinestocompete.Onethinghasnotchanged:
