数控铣加工工艺课程设计

(1)图形结构分析:
如图所示工件,外轮廓由矩形组成,有2个φ12的通孔.内轮廓由圆弧和直线组成,内轮廓内有镗孔.
(2)毛坯余量分析:
毛坯尺寸为165mmX125mmX38mm,
(3)结构工艺性分析
数学模型无曲面重叠现象,曲面有异常的凸起和凹坑。
3、工艺方案拟定
通过查阅数控加工工艺教科书,得出各表面的加工方案如下:
工件表面φ10的铣刀
铣外轮廓及中间异型的外轮廓φ10的平刀铣型
加工2*φ12的孔φ6mm钻头
加工φ38的孔φ12mm的球头铣刀
加工槽φ10mm的平头铣刀
4、零件加工工序分析(粗拟)
第一道工序:
铣平面。
第二道工序:
铣削加工外轮廓。
第三道工序:
铣削加工型腔。
第四道工序:
加工两个φ12孔。
第五道工序:
加工φ38的孔。
第六道工序:
加工槽。
5、定位元件的选择
根据工件的加工要求,吸盘定位,比较合理。
可以看出工件只有厚度、平面度和垂直度要求较高,并不需要限制工件的全部自由度,只要限制X,Y方向的旋转和Z轴的移动,所以我们选择不完全定位原理。
板料底面约束工件Z轴移动X、Y轴旋转三个自由度。
X轴移动作为对刀自由度。
