Pleasereadthismanualcarefullytohelpyoutoknowandusethisproductcorrectly,andhopetohaveyourfeedbackaboutspecificationandqualityoftheproduct.It’sourstartpointandpurposetogetyourtrust.Wewillprovidetechnicalsupportandafter-salesservicestoyouforyoutousethisproductsafelyandconveniently.

1.Producthasbeentestedstrictlybeforedispatchingfromthefactory.Normallynoneedtodoanyadjustmentifthereisnoseveredamageafteropenthebox.Pleaseconfiguretheparameteraccordingtoyourrequirements.

2.Pleaseinstallitcorrectlyontheinstrumentandfixit.

2002industrialonlineacidometersisoneofthe2000serieswaterqualityanalyzer,andisameasuringcontrolinstrumentwithintegrationofonlinecontinuousmonitoring,adjustmentandcontrolfunctions.ItcanbeusedincombinationwithvariousPHmeasuringpoolmanufacturedbyourcompanytomeetvariouskindsofrequirementsindifferentapplications.Alongwithpurewaterandsuperpurewaterelectrode,itisapplicableinmeasuringandcontrollingofPHvalueinwaterwiththeelectricityconductratiolessthan10μS/cm,suchaschemicalmakeupwaterattheelectricstation,saturatedwaterandcondensedwateretc.

Thisinstrumentshouldbediscinstalled,withtheholesizeof138+0.5×138+0.5mm（seefollowingdrawing）

Installationmethod:

Inserttheinstrumenttoinstallationholefromtheback,separatelyputtwoplasticejectorpinsintotheupperandbottomfixinghole,thentightenthescrewpin.

Requirementsforonsiteinstallation:

Thereshouldbenostrongelectricity,magnetfield

interferencenearbyandetchinggas.It’sbetterto

fixtheinstrumentonthebestviewlevelduring

installationandkeepthesurfacecleananddry.

Preventinstrumentfromsplashwateranddirect

sunshine.Bothinstrumentandshieldingcableshouldbegroundedsafely.

2.5Adjustdisplayingcontrastgradient

Ifthecontrastgradientisfoundverylowandthecharacterdisplayeddimlyafterinstrumentisswitchedon,pleasecontinuouslypressConfirmkeytoincreasethegradientorpressReturnkeytodecreasethegradient.Becarefulthatthisfunctionwillbecanceledafterthepowerisswitchedonfor5minutes.
