2.TORSIONALSTRENGTHTEST扭力強度試驗

所有種類的自攻螺絲

TestPurpose:

Todetectpartshavinglowstrengthwhichmighttwistoffduringdrivingorseating.

測試目的：

為檢查零件是否因為扭力不足而在組裝或旋緊時扭斷.

Specification:

Seechartsthatfollow.如下圖示

Apparatusrequired:

B.ColletHolder.夾具座

C.ScrewTestingFixture.螺絲測試座

Procedure:

測試程序

A.Placethesplitcolletintothecolletholderandscrewthefastenerintothecolletsuchthataminimumof2fullthreadsareinthecolletandaminimumof2threadsareabovethecollet.

將螺絲置入測試夾具中再將夾具放入夾具座,螺絲至少應有兩個完全牙在夾具中,兩牙在夾具上方.

B.Placethecolletholderinthescrewtestingfixtureandclampintoplace.

將夾具座固定在螺絲測試座上

C.Applytorquewithatorquewrenchuntiltheparttwistsoff.

扭轉扳手直到螺絲扭斷

D.Recordfailurevalueandcomparetotherequiredspecification.

TorsionalStrengthTest.Screwsshallbesecurelyclampedbysuitablemeans,suchthattheclampedportionthreadsarenotdamagedandthatatleasttwofullthreadsprojectabovetheclampingdevice,andthatatleasttwofullthreadsexclusiveofpoint,flutes,orendslot,areheldwithintheclampingdevice.（Ablindholemaybeusedinplaceofathreadedclampingdevice,providedtheholedepthsissuchastoinsurethatbreakagewilloccurbeyondthepointorthefulllengthoftheflutesorendslot）.Bymeansofasuitablycalibratedtorquemeasuringdevice,torqueshallbeappliedtothescrewuntilfailureoccurs.ThetorquerequiredtocausefailureshallnolessthantheminimumvaluegiveninTable50forthetypeandsizeofscrewbeingtested.AtypicalfixtureforconductingtorsionalstrengthtestsontappingscrewsisdepictedinFig.4.

扭力強度測試：

螺絲應以適當的方式安全的夾於一相配合的分離盲孔或其他裝置中以防止所夾緊的螺紋不致損毀，並且露出至少2全牙於夾具上至少2全牙（不包括尾端、割尾、或凹槽）握於夾具之中。

3.3TorsionalStrengthTestforAllTypesofScrews.Theshankofthesamplescrew（coatedoruncoated,asreceived）shallbesecurelyclampedinamating,split,blindholedie（seeFig.1）,orotherequivalentmeans,suchthatthefollowingrequirementsaremet:

將螺絲（接收時有塗層或無塗層）的桿部安全的夾在一個相配合的分離盲孔模具（參閱圖1），或其他相同裝置中，並滿足下列規定：

（a）theclampedportionofthethreadsisnotdamaged

4.5TorsionalStrengthTest—Thesamplescrewshallbesecurelyclampedbysuitablemeans（Figure2）suchthatthethreadsintheclampedlengtharenotdamaged,andthatatleasttwofullthreadsprojectabovetheclampingdevice,andthatatleasttwofullthreadsexclusiveofpoint（2to31/2threadpitches）areheldwithintheclampingdevice.Ablindholemaybeusedinplaceofathreadedclampingdevice,providedtheholedepthsissuchastoinsurethatbreakagewilloccurbeyondthepoint（2to31/2threadpitches）.Bymeansofasuitablycalibratedtorque-measuringdevice,torqueshallbeappliedtothescrewuntilfailureofthescrewoccurs.Thetorquerequiredtocausefailureshallberecordedasthetorsionalstrengthtorque.

扭斷強度測試：

螺絲樣品應以適當的方式牢固的夾緊（圖2）以防止在夾具中的螺紋不被損傷，並且露出至少2個完全牙在夾具上，以及至少2個完全牙（不包括2-3.5P的尾端在內）握於夾具之中。

以一支校正過的適當扭力設備測試直到斷裂。

失效的扭力應被記錄並作為扭斷強度扭力。

4.10TorqueWrenches—Torquewrenchesusedinalltestsshallbeaccuratewithin±2%ofthemaximumofthespecifiedtorquerangeofthewrench.Alternatively,atorque-sensingpowerdeviceofequivalentaccuracymaybeused.

扭力扳手：

測試時使用的所有扭力扳手，其準確度應在扳手最大扭力範圍的±2%之內。

此外擁有相同準確度的扭力感應動力裝置也可被使用。

3.3TorsionalStrengthTest—Shankofsamplescrew（coatedoruncoated,asreceived）shallbesecurelyclampedinamating,split,blind-holedie（Figure1）orothermeans,suchthattheclampedportionofthethreadsisnotdamagedandatleasttwofullthreadsprojectabovetheclampingdeviceandatleasttwofullformthreadsexclusiveofpoint,flute（s）,orendslotareheldwithintheclampingdevice.（Ablindholemaybeusedinplaceoftheclampingdevice,providingtheholedepthissuchastoinsurethatthebreakagewilloccurbeyondthepoint,orthefulllengthoftheflute（s）orendslot.）Bymeansofasuitablycalibratedtorquemeasuringdevice,applytorquetothescrewuntilfailureoccurs.ThetorquerequiredtocausefailureshallequalorexceedtheminimumvalueshowninTable2forthetypeandsizeofscrewbeingtested.
