第二章工程概况

第一节工程概述

传染病房楼:

本工程建筑面积约为5435平方米,地上5层,首层高4.5米,2~5层高3.6米,建筑总高度为18.9米,室外高差为0.4米。

门诊楼:

本工程分一期、二期工程,1~10轴为一期工程,建筑面积约29145平方米,10~16轴为二期工程,建筑面积约11698平方米。

本工程地上6层,顶层为设备层,首层层高为4.5米,二层层高为4.8米,三~六层层高为4.5米,总建筑高度为27.3米,室外高差为0.4米。

病房楼:

本工程分一期、二期工程,1~12轴为一期工程,建筑面积约35627平方米,12~18轴为二期工程,建筑面积约9842平方米。

本工程地下一层,建筑面积约

2200平方米,扣除制冷机房、水池等非人防区,防空地下室建筑面积约1800平方米,耐火等级地下人防为一级。

地上13层,顶层为设备层,建筑高度约45.75米。

屋顶水箱置于病房楼屋顶,屋顶水箱间内设高位消防水箱,高位消防水箱消防有效容积不小于18立方米,生活、消防水泵房在室内地下,消防水池为原有地下水池,有效容积1200立方米,水池池壁做防腐处理,池水自洁式消毒器防止二次污染,新建生活水箱100吨,泵房新增加消火栓泵两台,喷淋泵两台,高区生活泵两台。

第二节系统概述

1、自动水喷淋系统

本工程分传染病房楼、门诊楼一二期、病房楼一二期,自动喷水灭火系统由病房楼地下一层消防泵房供水,喷淋稳压系统设置在病房楼屋顶水箱间内。

病房楼地下一层消防水泵房设置两台喷淋主泵,一备一用,水泵型号为XDB8/30-125D/4Q=30L/SH=80N=37KW;病房楼地下一层内设置7台DN150湿式报警阀;门诊楼首层设置4台DN150ZSS型湿式报警阀,2台DN150的预作用报警阀及配套空压机;传染病房楼首层设置1台DN150ZSS型湿式报警阀。

病房楼屋顶设置一套型号L*B*H=4M*3M*2M,V=24立方组合式消防不锈钢水箱,一套型号为LDW3.6-8*5Q=1L/SH=34MN=1.5KW的增压稳压设备,一台型号Φ1200*2700的气压罐(带安全阀压力表等附件)。

除门诊楼二期采用2台预作用喷淋系统外,病房楼一二期、门诊楼一期、传染病房楼均采为湿式喷淋系统,并在每个防火分区内配置了水流指示器、信号蝶阀和末端试水装置。

在有吊顶房间采用装饰型68℃玻璃球喷淋头,无吊顶房间采用直立型68℃玻璃球喷淋头,洁净走廊、ICU、无菌室采用68℃隐蔽型喷淋头,病房、诊室必须采用68℃快速响应喷淋头。

传染病房楼、门诊楼一二期、病房楼一二期室外各设两套地下式水泵接合器,与自动喷水泵出水管相连。

各层均按严重危险级A类配置灭火器。

2、室内消火栓给水系统

本工程室内消火栓灭火系统由病房楼地下一层消防泵房供水,室内消火栓稳压系统设置在病房楼屋顶水箱间内。

病房楼地下一层消防水泵房设置两台消火栓水泵,一备一用,水泵型号为XDB8/30-125D/4Q=30L/SH=80N=37KW。

屋顶设置一套型号L*B*H=4M*3M*2M,V=24立方组合式消防不锈钢水箱,一套型号为LDW3.6-8*5Q=1L/SH=34MN=1.5KW的增压稳压设备,一台型号Φ1200*2700的气压罐(带安全阀压力表等附件)。

传染病房楼、门诊楼、病房楼楼内均设置消火栓箱,消火栓箱采用带灭火器箱组合式消防柜(丙型)。

传染病房楼、门诊楼一二期、病房楼一二期室外各设两套地下式水泵接合器,与消火栓给水管网相连。

3、消防报警和消防联动系统

本工程消防保护等级为一级,本系统包括:

火灾自动报警系统、消防联动控制系统、消防广播系统、消防专用电话系统。

消防集中报警器设置于病房楼首层消防控制室内,传染病房楼值班室设置区域报警器;门诊楼一二期,传染病房楼所有消防联动系统引至病房楼首层消防控制室。

主要设备选型:

包括消防报警控制器、联动控制柜、联动电源、广播主机、消防电话主机、各种类信号模块、探测器、按钮等设备。

4、防火门与防火卷帘门

本工程防火门设在防烟楼梯间、有设防火门要求的封闭楼梯间、消防前室防火分区的防火墙封闭楼梯间、手术室等部位。

本工程病房楼、门诊楼、传染病房楼用于防火隔离的卷帘门为一步落下,由其一侧或两侧的感烟探测警自动控制,用于通道上的卷帘门分两步落下、由其两侧的感烟,感温探测自动控制,卷帘门的动作信号要送至消防控制室,疏散通道上的防火卷帘两侧设置警报装置,两侧设置手动控制按钮,卷帘门应设有熔片装置及断电后的手动装。

5、漏电火灾报警系统

本工程设漏电火灾报警系统,病房楼、门诊楼的每层都各设一台漏电报警控制器BHTK-1000D/12,8然后由漏电报警控制柜BHTK-1000B控制。

探测漏电电流、过电流等信号,发出声光信号报警,准确报出故障线路地址,监视故障点的变化,储存各种故障和操作试验信号,信号存储时间不少于12个月,能切断漏电线路上的电源,并显示系统电源状态。

第三章施工管理目标及各项管理措施

第一节施工组织管理

1、管理人员组织

科学合理的管理体制、统一有效的工程指挥系统是顺利施工的重要保证,为此本工程将精干力量,组建本工程项目管理班子见图3.1。

1.1项目部职能

工程管理机构要通过五项职能的行使,对本工程进行有效的管理,树立良好的企业形象,更好的为业主服务,达到业主满意。

1.1.1指挥职能

工程管理机构应根据业主、监理的要求,结合消防工程的特点,对工程进行全面的统筹,制订切实可行的计划,建立健全各项规章制度,保证指挥的有效性。

同时应根据工程不同阶段的特点,做出科学合理的决策,保证指挥的正确性。

1.1.2指导职能

工程管理机构应根据合约的规定,按照政府相关部门、甲方、监理的要求,对工程的施工工艺、标准、规范的执行方面进行指导:

对选用的材料、设备以及有关业务流程等方面进行指导,使工程有条不紊的进行。
