教学设计
（一）课标要求
《义务教育英语课程标准》与小学阶段的阅读要求
《仪务教育英语课程标准（2011年版）》（2012）对于小学阶段的二级阅读要求如下：
1．能认读所学词语。
2．能拼读规律读出简单的单词。
3．能读教材中简短的要求和指令。
4．能看懂贺卡等所表达的简单信息。
5．能惜助图片读懂简单的故事或短文，并养成按意群阅读的习惯
6．能正确朗读所学故事或短文。
（二）教学设计理念
本节是一节绘本阅读课。
鲁子问教授在绘本阅读教学建议中对于绘本在教学中的地位和功能定为：
绘本，注重讲故事，讲道理，促进心智发展和认知能力的发展，传承人类文明，接受有价值的内涵，从而促进个体和人类文明的发展，故绘本教学不只是语言教学，知道/懂得/接受一个道理远比学习一个词汇、语法重要的多。
张伊娜教授曾对绘本教学有这样的见解，绘本教学不是语言教学，要大于、超越语言教学。
所以，绘本教学承载着学生的阅读启蒙、阅读品格的培养、想象力和思维的形成、逻辑思维能力的培养和发展的使命。
绘本教学不同于教材内容的课堂教学，如果讲绘本定位为一节雷同课堂教学的一节阅读课，那绘本给学生的印象无非是一本教材内容的仿本，时间长了，他们就会失去阅读兴趣，就更不要谈素养的培养了。
我认为绘本应该是和教材互补的，愉快毫无压力的阅读是他们真正需要的。
王蔷教授在《小学英语阅读教学：
意义、内涵与途径》一书中关于阅读能力和阅读品格的培养是通过绘本阅读形式实现的，如何学生饶有兴趣阅读的状态下实现因材施教、合作共进、实现自主阅读和思辨能力提升等等一系列的素养培养上，她给出了科学而操纵性强的教学建议。
拼图阅读和阅读圈的活动设计能很好的实现学生阅读品格和思辨能力的培养。
（三）文本解读
根据绘本分类，本课Happymother’sday属于Non-fiction,由于不像fiction类绘本故事的趣味性和逻辑性，它的文本是类似于科普类的解说文。
结合文本特点，对绘本进行有效的拆分和整理。
前半部分主要介绍4个国家的母亲节相关知识，后半部分是crafttime,主要是学生动手制作母亲节礼物。
所以第一部分结合文本特点采用拼图阅读教学，第二部分采用阅读圈的教学方式。
（四）教学设计整体思路
本课是一节绘本阅读课，以Mother’sDay为话题，讲述母亲节快到来，Mrs.Kinder和孩子们一起理解关于母亲节各国的庆祝方式，之后孩子们各自做适合妈妈的手工礼物准备在母亲节送给自己的妈妈。
本课采用“单线线单师”英语阅读的教学方式。
Pre-reading环节，授课教师通过sharpeyes学生复习与节日等的相关知识，mini-talk通过讨论母亲节和读两幅图画逐渐进入本课主题；While-reading环节，首先教师课件出示世界地图，开始进入UnitedStates文本的讲解，通过问题引领和句型词汇的学习，学生自读文本和老师一起完成其他国家庆祝方式的学习，老师适当帮助解决难点，Crafttime小组合作完成各个礼物制作过程；Post-reading环节，通过showandshare和talkandwatch环节实现本课的育人价值，我们表达对母亲的爱的方式可以是是多样性的。
（五）教学目标
1、能在教师的帮助下，正确流利有感情地朗读文本内容。
2、能在教师示范后，小组合作阅读文本内容，合作完成礼物制作的过程，培养小组之间的合作能力。
3、能通过欣赏icingflower的制作过程，Mexicosongs丰富学生的视野和生活阅历；能在制作礼物过程中让学生对母亲的情感在课堂上得以体验和升华。
4、能通过图片环游和拼图阅读的学习过程中培养学生获取信息的能力，发展自主阅读能力。
在图片环游过程中，教师通过问题引领训练学生获取信息能力，crafttime环节让学生在欣赏并制作各种礼物过程体验并表达对母亲的爱。
（六）教学内容分析
本节课的题材属于non-fiction，是双线英语小瓢虫系列五年级下册Lesson5的一个故事。
该课主题是Festival—Mother’sday，与新版PEP五年级下册第四单元WhenisEaster?
主题匹配。
通过Mrs.Kinder和学生一起学习母亲节的相关知识到动手为母亲做礼物的一则科普类绘本内容，拓展有关母亲节主题的相关语言知识，通过拼图阅读和阅读圈活动培养学生的思辨能力，通过动手为母亲制作母亲节礼物让学生实现情感的感知和体验。
（七）教学对象分析
从语言知识方面来看，学生在PEP教材的学习中已经学习部分有关Festival主题的语言，能够通过观察图片、预测故事了解母亲节的相关信息。
在新版PEP五年级下册第三、四单元中，学生已经接触有关节日和月份等的相关句型词汇，如WhenisEaster/mother’sday?
It’sin…Iwill…formymom.Jan./March/May….等。
五年级的学生已经有一年的英语学习基础，好奇心强，有一定的逻辑思维能力，参与课堂活动积极性高。
