第一章概述

Chapter1Introduction

EI-2000G型火灾报警控制器（联动型）集火灾报警、联动控制、防盗报警和可燃气报警等多种功能于一体，并分别满足GB4717-2005、GB16806-2006等国标的要求，是面向二十一世纪的综合型安防报警设备，可适用于各类大、中型工程。

该产品广泛采用可编程逻辑器件、多任务并行处理、CMOS电路和网络技术，并采用模块化结构,使整个系统功耗低，抗干扰、抗振动能力强，工作可靠、性能稳定、误报率最低,且扩展灵活、维护方便；采用大屏幕液晶显示技术,方便用户操作、使用。

第三章主要功能和技术特点

Chapter3MainfunctionandTechnicalcharacteristic

1．火灾报警功能，能通过两总线挂接本公司生产的各类探测器、输入模块、手动报警按钮等火灾触发部件和火灾显示盘、隔离器等，能以声、光信号发出火警警报,并通过液晶显示火灾发生时间、火警总数以及报警部件的地址、安装位置和部件类型等信息。

FireAlarm:

thetwobusesareavailableforfirealarmpartsincludingthevarietiesofdetectors,inputmodules,manualalarmbuttons,aswellasthefiredisplaypanelandisolators（producedbyourcompany）.Thecontrolunitscanproducesoundandlightalarms,anddisplaytheplace&timeoftheaccident,totalnumberofalarms,aswellastheaddressandtypeofthealarmcomponentontheLCD.

2．联动控制功能，能通过四总线（包括24V电源线）挂接本公司生产的各类控制模块，根据报警信息以灵活多样的方式控制各类消防设备；可通过液晶和指示灯显示设备启动过程及状态信息，并显示对应模块的地址、安装位置和部件类型等信息。

LinkageControl:

Controlmodulesproducedbyourcompanycanbeconnectedtothefourbuses（includingthe24Vpowerline）tocontroldifferentfiredevicesindifferentways（accordingtothealarminformation）.Thecontrolunitscandisplaythestartingprocessandstateinformation,aswellastheaddress,installationsiteandtypeofthecorrespondingmoduleviaLCDandindicationlights.

3．故障检测功能，能自动检测总线和直接输出按键的线路故障（包括短路、断路等）、部件故障、电源故障等，能以声、光信号发出故障警报，并通过液晶显示故障发生的部位、时间、故障总数以及故障部件的地址、类型等信息。

4．串行通讯功能:

留有标准RS-232串行通讯接口，可与楼宇自控系统相连。

SerialcommunicatwiththestandardRS-232serialcommunicationinterface,thecontrolunitscanbeconnectedtotheauto-controlsystemforbuildings.

5．限定操作权限（limitedoperationpriority）

为防止无关人员误操作，通过密码和键盘锁，限定操作级别，密码可修改。

Inordertopreventmisoperation,youcansetlimitedoperationlevelsfordifferentusersthroughpasswordsandthekeyboardlock.Thepasswordcanbeanythingyouwant.

2.124V+、24V-为24V电源输出端子，主要用于为挂接在总线上的控制模块、火灾显示盘等供

电，对于少量耗电不大的设备也可使用该电源，对于外控设备较多、电流较大的系统应考虑选用外设电源，输出电源线应选用截面不小于1.5mm2的铜芯软导线。

24V+and24-areoutputterminalsforthe24Vpowersupply,whichservestoprovidepowertothecontrolmodulesandfiredisplaypanelsonthebus.Thispowersupplycanalsobeusedonlowpower-consumptiondevices.Forsystemswithmanyexternalperipheraldevicesandbiggercurrent,considerusingtheexternalpowersupply.Theoutputpowercordscanbemadeoutofflexiblecopperconductorswithacrosssectionnolessthan1.5mm2.

2.2NO、COM、NC为内部继电器输出端子，触点电流为1A（DC24V），任一火警时动作。

3个端子分别对应继电器的常开、公共和常闭端。

2.3S1+、S1-，S2+、S2-，……S20+、S20-－分别为1~20回路的正、负端子，二总线必须选用截面不小于1.0mm2的铜芯双绞线（线路较长时，截面应大于1.5mm2）。

2.4消防控制室应设有接地体，应选用截面不小于4mm2的铜芯软导线将控制器的接地螺栓与接地体相连，确保控制器接地牢固、可靠。

否则控制器可能会因为接地不好使机壳带电，危及人身安全。

Thereshouldbegroundingobjectsinthefirecontrolroom.Connectthegroundingboltsofthecontrolunitstothegroundingobjectswithflexiblecopperconductorswithacrosssectionnolessthan4mm2.Makesurethegroundingofthecontrolunitsisfirmandsecure.Otherwisetheshellofthecontrolunitscanbeelectrifiedforbadgroundingtobecomeahazardtooperators.

2.6所有外接导线对地的绝缘电阻应大于20M（用500V的兆欧表测量），否则系统可能工作不

正常。

Theinsulateresistanceofallexternalconductorsshouldbemorethan20M.（measuredwitha500VMegohmmeter）;otherwisethesystemmakeworkimproperly.

2.7控制器的左侧面和后面分别留有穿线孔，可根据需要选择使用，交流电源输入端子位于控制

器右下侧，L、N、E分别为火线、零线和地线。

第五章键盘、显示说明

Chapter5Keyboardanddisplay

一、按键及开关说明（Keysinstructions）

·自动：

用于切换联动控制状态，控制器上电启动或复位后，默认为手动状态，当按下自动键，控制器处于自动控制状态，同时指示灯亮；再按一下时，控制器切换回到手动控制状态，同时指示灯灭。

Auto:

itisusedtoswitchbetweenthelinkagecontrolstates.Whenthecontrolunitsispoweronorreset,thedefaultstateismanual.Presstheautobutton,thecontrolunitswillshifttotheauto-controlstateandtheindicatorlampwillbeonsimultaneously.Pressthebuttonasecondtime,thecontrolunitswillreturntomanualcontrolstateandtheindicatorlampdiesoutsimultaneously.

·自检：

按下此键，对控制器面板上所有指示灯、液晶、直接输出按键、扬声器等进行自检。

有火警、盗警或可燃气报警时，自检键被屏蔽。

Self:

pressingthebuttonwillactivatetheself-testofallindicatorlampsonthe

controlunitspanel,thedigitaltubes,LCD,directoutputbuttonsandtheloudspeaker.When

thereisafire,theftorcombustiblegasalarm,theself-testbuttonwillbeshielded

automatically.

·消音：

当控制器有报警时，扬声器发出声响，按下消音键，则清除声响。

Silence:

whenthecontrolunitsreceivesanalarm,theloudspeakerwillletoutsirens,Pressingthisbuttoncanremovethealarmsound.

·复位：

对控制器进行复位。

Reset:

resetthecontrolunits.

·返回、确认：

用于编程、设置、菜单操作等。

Return、Enter:

itisusedinprogramming,configurationandmenuoperation.

·F1~F5：

在不同菜单操作时，代表不同功能，在液晶最下方显示。

F1~F5:

Thesekeyhavedefferentfunctionondefferetnmenustate.AndtheirfunctionisdisplayonLCDscreenlastlyrow.

·菜单：

在正常显示状态下，按下该键进入菜单操作。

menu:

Pressingthiskeyinthenormaldisplaystateleadstomenuoperation.

·0~9：

输入数据时为0~9。

0~9:

referstothenumber0~9whenyouareinputtingdata.

·/：

对输出模块进行编程时，输入逻辑表达式时用。

/:

employedinlogicexpressionsduringtheprogrammingoftheoutputmodule.

·+：

对输出模块进行编程时，输入逻辑表达式时用，表示逻辑“或”。

+:

employedinlogicexpressionsduringtheprogrammingoftheoutputmodule.Itmeanslogic‘OR’.

·，：

对输出模块进行编程时，输入逻辑表达式时用。

，：

employedinlogicexpressionsduringtheprogrammingoftheoutputmodule.

·-/*：

“-”号用于对楼层编辑时，输入负楼层，“*”号用于对输出模块进行编程时，输入逻辑表达式用，表示逻辑“与”。

-/*:

“-”isusedtoexpressaundergroundfloor.“*”isemployedinlogicexpressionsduringtheprogrammingoftheoutputmodule.Itmeanslogic‘AND’.

·键盘锁：

当置于“开”时，允许进行所有键操作；当置于“OFF”时，只能进行消音操作。

KeyboardLock:

Whenitisswitchedto‘ON’,allkeyoperationsareallowed.Whenitisswitchedto‘off’,onlythesilentoperationcanbecarriedout.

二、指示灯说明（Indicationlightsinstruction）

·火警：

当控制器发现有火警时，该指示灯亮。

Firealarm:

whenthecontrolunitsreceivesafirealarm,itispoweron.

·预警：

当控制器发现有预警时，该指示灯亮。

Pre-alarm:

whenthecontrolunitsreceivesawarningalarm,itispoweron.

·监管：

当控制器发现有盗警、可燃气报警、监管报警时，该指示灯亮。

Supervisealarm:

whenthecontrolunitsreceivesatheftalarm,acombustiblegasalarmandasupervisealarm,thelightison.

·启动：

当控制器启动输出模块时，该指示灯亮。

Start:

whenthecontrolunitsstartuptheoutputmodule,thelightison.

·反馈：

当控制器通过输出模块或输入模块接收到设备的动作反馈信号时，该指示灯亮。

Feedback:

whenthecontrolunitsreceivesactionfeedbacksignalsfromtheequipment

throughtheoutputmoduleorinputmodule,thelightison.

·屏蔽：

当控制器所挂接的部件被屏蔽时，该指示灯亮。

Disable:

whenthecomponentconnectedwiththecontrolunitsisisolated,thelightison.

·延时指示：

当控制模块处于延时动作期间时，该指示灯亮。

Delay:

whentheoutputmoduleisinthedelayactionstate,thelightison.

·气体喷洒：

当控制器通过输出模块接受到喷洒装置的启动信号时，该指示灯亮。

GasInsufflation:

whenthecontrolunitsreceivesstartspraysetsignalsviatheoutputmodule,thelightison.

·防盗指示：

当控制器通过防盗设置，使所挂接的防盗探测器起作用时，该指示灯亮。
