1.SAFETYINSTRUCTIONS安全指导

1.1Useinaccordancewiththeintendedpurpose阀门使用用途

ThefullyweldedtypeBBFballvalveisdesignedexclusivelyforopeningpipesfullyfortheflowofmaterialsorforshuttingthemoffcompletely.Everyotherformofuse,e.g.forregulatingflows,countsasnotbeinginaccordancewiththeintendedpurpose.

伯马全焊接球阀BBF是采用独家专利设计，用做管道内流体介质进行全开或全关操作。

其它类型操作，如流量调节，计量等，不属于伯马球阀应用范围。

Useinaccordancewiththeintendedpurposealsoincludestheobservationoftheinstructionsintheseoperatinginstructions,themaintainingoftheoperatingconditionsasstatedonthetypeplate,acceptancecertificatesanddrawingsaswellastheobservationoftherelevantaccidentpreventionandenvironmentalprotectionregulationsapplyingattheplaceofuse.

此手册还用做对球阀的操作指导，维护，验收，事故预防和环境保护等指导。

Theseoperatinginstructionsareintendedfortheexpertpersonneloftheoperatoroftheballvalve.

这些操作指导是针对球阀专业操作人员编写的。

Thesafetyinstructionsaretobereadbeforetheballvalveistransported,fittedorrepairedandaretobekeptsafely.

在球阀运输，安装和修理之前阅读此手册并保存好此手册。

Intheseoperatinginstructionsthesafetyinstructionsarehigh-lightedclearlyfromtheremainingtext.Therearetwodifferenttypesofsafetyinstruction:

在此手册中，安全注意事项用黑体字突出。

有两类安全指导：

IMPORTANT重要

Signifiesasituationthatcouldbedangerousandgiveshintsonhowdamagecanbeavoided.

表示一种情况可能有危险性，并给出如何避免损失破坏。

DANGER危险

Indicatesthedirectriskofdangerforhealthandlifeandlimbortheriskofseriousmaterialdamage,ineachcaseintheeventoftheinstructionsnotbeingobserved.

指出在没有仔细遵从此指导情况下，对健康，生命，躯体或物质产生直接的破坏的危险。

1.2Actioninthecaseofmalfunctions故障对策

Thefollowingsafetyinstructionsaretobeobserved.请遵守下列安全指导：

Repairstotheballvalve,whichbecomenecessaryinthecourseofthenormaloperationoftheballvalve,maybecarriedoutbutonlyafterthepermissiontheretohasbeenobtainedfromWernerBöhmerGmbHforeachindividualcase.

在球阀正常操作过程中，如果有必要对球阀进行修理，需要经过伯马公司事先的同意，才可以进行修理操作。

Allotherrepairs,e.g.thatbecomenecessaryfollowingdamagethroughforcemajeureorthroughcauseswhichdonotlieinthefieldofnormaloperationoftheballvalve,aretobecarriedoutsolelybyWernerBöhmerGmbH.

其它的修理，如:

不可抗拒的外力破坏，或因为球阀非正常操作原因引起的破坏，需要由伯马公司来进行修理。

Inthecaseofrepairstobecarriedoutbytheballvalveoperator's,thefollowingmanufacturer'sinstructionsaretobeobserved:

如果由球阀操作人员来进行修理，下面的指导需要遵守：

-ThestatementofpositionofWernerBöhmerGmbHistobeobtainedbeforetherepairiscarriedout.进行修理之前，需获得伯马公司的意见声明

-Photosaretobetakenbeforeandaftereachrepair.在修理前，后都要进行拍照。

-RepairsaretobecarriedoutonlyusingsparepartsfromandinaccordancewiththefittinginstructionsofWernerBöhmerGmbH.修理过程中，所用的备件必需来自于伯马公司。

修理过程应符合伯马公司安装指导手册的要求。

-Areportistobepreparedwiththefollowingstatements:

准备一份报告并包括下列声明：

∙Causeofdamage,effectofdamage破坏的原因和结果

∙Spareparts,specialtoolsandfittingdevicesused所使用的备件，特殊工具和安装设备。

∙Repairmeasuresandtestscarriedout修理检测和测试执行情况

∙Namesofthepersonscarryingouttherepairs,ofthepersonresponsiblethereforandthedateonwhichtherepairswerecarriedout操作人员姓名，职责和修理日期等

∙Photos照片

2.ACCEPTANCEANDTRANSPORT验收和运输

2.1Stateasdelivered发货声明

Theballvalvesareprovidedwithacoatingandtypeplateinaccordancewiththeparticularorderand-insofarastheorderdoesnotcontainsomethingdifferent-aresuppliedinthefollowingform:

球阀发货时带有涂层和铭牌（此次提供阀门铭牌都印有阀门编号），订单若无特殊要求，一般有下面形式：

∙Theendsontowhichweldingistobecarriedoutandtheflangeconnectionsidesareprovidedwithananti-corrosionagent.两端焊接端口或法兰端口都有防腐物质保护。

∙ConnectionopeningsareclosedwithPEprotectivecapsorwoodlidstopreventdirtandmoisturegettingin.在阀门两端的开口部位，都套有PE材质保护帽或木质盖，防止灰尘和潮湿进入。

∙Theballvalvesarepackedonwoodenpalletsorinskeletoncontainers.球阀装在木质箱里或集装箱里。

2.2Checkingofthedelivery收货检查

Checkthedeliverywithoutdelayfollowingreceiptfortransportdamage.Inthecaseofdamageobservetheinstructionsoftheinsurancecompanieswhich-amongstotherthings-willprescribeanimmediaterecordingofthestateofaffairsbytheforwardingagent.Whereverpossibledocumentdamagewithphotos.

货物一旦收到后，立即检查有无运输过程导致破坏情况。

Inadditioncheckthedeliveryforcompletenessagainstthedeliverynotes.InformWernerBöhmerGmbHwithoutdelayifanythingismissing.

除此之外，请对照发货清单检查货物完整性。

如有任何物件缺少情况，请立即通知伯马公司。

2.3Storage贮存

∙Leavetheballvalvesinthetransportdevicesandinthepackingmaterial.球阀放置在运输包装设施和包装材料内。

∙Protecttheballvalvesagainstdirtifnecessary.Coverthemwithplasticfilm.Ifpossiblestoretheballvalveindryconditionsundercover.保护球阀防止脏污。

用塑料布盖好。

如果可能，贮存在干燥的环境中，并覆盖好。

∙Donotactuatetheballvalveswhiletheyarebeingstored.在贮藏过程中，不要对球阀进行操作。

2.4Transport运输

IMPORTANT重要

Transporteachballvalveinsuchawaythatyoudonotdamageitthereby.Ifusingchainsforlifting,placesomethingsuitablebetweentheballvalveandthechaintopreventdamagetotheexternalpaintwork.Thepaintworkhasaprotectivefunction.Accordinglyyoumustnotallowittobedamagedatanypoint.

运输过程中，不要破坏球阀。

如果用绞链提升球阀，在球阀和绞链中间，放置合适的物质以保证不会破坏阀门外部涂层或喷漆。

因为，此涂层或喷漆有保护作用。

另外，阀门其它任何部位的涂层或喷漆，也不要有任何破坏。

DANGER危险

Iftheballvalveisdeliveredwiththedrivemountedonit,donotsecuretheliftingdevices（ropes,chainsetc.）tothedrivebutonlytotheballvalveitself.DANGERTOLIFEANDLIMB!

如果球阀装有执行机构，不要把提升装置，如绳子，链子，固定在执行机构上，只能固定在球阀上。

否则，对生命和躯体有危险！

3.FITTINGANDCOMMISSIONING安装和调试

3.1Mountingposition安装位置

Theballvalvesaresuppliedintheopenposition.Fitthemintothelineinthisstate.

球阀在出厂时，处在100%全开的位置。

在管线上装配时，也要使阀门100%处在全开的位置并且不要对阀门进行开关操作。

阀门在出厂前已进行全部调试设定.（包括电动和手动执行机构）.

Initsstandardversion,theballvalveisdesignedforfittinginlinesofpipesrunninghorizontally.Inthissituationtheactuationshaftisalignedverticallyupwards.

在标准设计情况下，球阀设计用做与水平管道安装。

执行机构轴垂直向上。

Othermodesoffitting（e.g.pipevertical,actuationshafthorizontal）arepossiblewhenthisisspecifiedintheorder.

如果需要其它安装方式，如与垂直管道安装，执行机构轴水平位置，需在合同中指明。

Ifitisnecessaryfortheweightoftheballvalvetobesupported,theballvalvemustbeprovidedwithandstandonitsownfoundationorbesupportedseparatelyinanotherwaywherebyineachcaseitmustbefreetoslideinitsaxialdirection.Donotusetheballvalveasafixingpointforthelineofpipesbutsupporttheseseparately.

如果球阀重量较大，阀门重量需要支撑时，请将阀门放在单独的支撑平台上，阀门必须可以自由水平移动。

不要将阀门的重量全部由管线承担。

3.2Welding焊接

Dependingonwhatisordered,eachballvalvehaseithertwoflangeends,oneflangeendandonewelding-onend,ortwowelding-onends.取决于订单情况，每个球阀带有两个法兰连接端，或一个法兰端一个焊接端，或两个焊接端。

Thewelding-onendsandtheflangeconnectionsidesoftheballvalveareprotectedwithananti-corrosionagentwhensupplied.Accordinglyyoumustremovethisbeforeweldingonthewelding-onendorconnectingtheflange。

阀门焊接端和法兰连接端在出厂时，都涂有防腐物质。

因此，在焊接安装前，请清除此物质。

IMPORTANT重要

Donotremovetheprotectivecapsuntiltheballvalveisatthelocationatwhichitistobeusedandthenonlyimmediatelybeforeitistobefitted!

仅在球阀到安装现场并且在马上安装之前，取下球阀防护帽。

Theballvalveistobefittedinits100%openpositionandshouldfirstofallNOTbeactuated.Whenweldingtheballvalveon,takecarethatthesealsinsidetheballvalvewillnotbeheatedtoatemperatureinexcessofthepermittedlevelof140°C.Inthisconnectionthedistancestotheweldings
