RightMaintenanceandInspectionMethods

Learninghowtomaintainrightlyyourmachine.Accordingtoinstructionsofthismanual.Ifyourmachinehastroubles,youmustmaintainorcontactyourfranchiserbeforetheoperation.

Checkthemachinebeforeyoustarttheengineeveryday

1.Checkthegauges.

2.Checkthecoolant,fuelandoillevels.

3.Checktheleakageofoilandwater,andcheckthedamageofhosesandsteelpipes.

4.Checkwalkaroundthemachineforgeneralelectrophoresis,soundandheatetc.

5.Checkthelooseorthelostparts.

Checktheservicehourmeter

Theservicehourmeterdecideswhenyourmachineneedstomaintainscheduled.

Thetimeintableofmaintenancebasesgeneraloperation.Ifyouoperateinsevereconditions,youmustapplyyourmachineshorttimemaintenance.

Maintainmachineonschedule.

Putallthemaintenancemethodsonmaintenancechecklistcommendedintopractice.

Promptofmaintenance

1.Usethefuelandlubricantcommended.

2.Don’tadjusttheenginefuelcontrolandsafetyvalve.

3.Protectelectricelementinordertoavoidthewaterandvapor.

4.Cannotdecomposeelectricassemblesuchassensoretc.

5.UsethetrueLIUGONGpartscommended.

PreparebeforeMaintainMachine

Parkingthemachineasfollowbeforemaintenance,unlessneedsotherwiseparkingmode.

1.Parkingthemachineonlevelground.

2.Lowerthebuckettotheground.

3.Keeptheenginerunningwithlowidlespeedfor3minutes.

4.Turnthekeyinthestartertothe“OFF”positionandpulloutthekey.（Ifthemachineneedstomaintainontheenginerunningcondition,theremustbepeopleonthemachine.）

5.Putthegatelocklevertothe“OFF”position.

6.Attacha“DONOTOPERATE”tagontherightcontrolleverwhenthemachinenoworks.
