剑六test2passage1listofheadings题目解析
listofheadings类题目是剑桥雅思所有题型中唯一一个考察文章主旨的题目，和我们小学所做的中心思想题目非常像，也就是需要我们给指定段落选出合适的段意。
首先此类题目我们要注意它的位置。
雅思所有题型中，listofheadings是唯一一个出现在正文前的题型，剩下所有题目都出现在文章后面。
所以遇到此类题目，要先注意不要看错文章。
其次要注意做loh题目的顺序，这类题目虽然首先出现，但要放到最后做，因为当我们把剩下的细节题都完成后会对文章有一个大致的了解，再做大意题就会相对简单一些。
此类题目在解题开始前，要先将题目给出的例子划掉，并且将例子所在段落进行标记，防止做题过程中不必要的重复。
然后将所有
headings进行通读并划出关键词。
下一步就是段落主旨句的寻找，此时尤其要注意段落的首句，第二句和最后一句。
最后将主题句和给出的headings进行对应，但一定要注意，主题句总的关键词在heading中必须是替换后的同义词，若只是关键词重现的heading反而往往是使人混淆的错误答案。
下面我们以剑六test2passage1的listofheadings题目为例具体解析一下此类题目的解题方法。
a段首句“themoredemocratictheprocess,themorepublictransportisfavored.”很多学生会发现这个句子看不懂，我们继续往后会看到”heconsidersportland,oregon,aperfectexampleofthis.”开始出现了例子，例子的出现意味着对开头观点的解释，因此同样可以看出段意。
例子的大意为政府想建road，而人民想建lightrail，而最终人们的提议won。
整个例子的趋势是正向的，且是人民的胜利，因为答案为ii.asuccessfulexerciseinpeoplepower.
b段末句对前面的陈述进行了转折，根据转折后为重点的原则，此段末句应为主题句。
”however,public
infrastructuredidnotkeeppacewithurbansprawl,causingmassivecongestionproblemswhichnowmakecommutingtimesfarhigher.”commutingtime对应h中的travellingtime,farhigher对应increase，表示趋势的上升。
所以答案为vii.increasesintravellingtime。
c段前两句“thereisawidespreadbeliefthatincreasingwealthencouragespeopletolivefartheroutwherecarsaretheonlyviabletransport.theexampleofeuropeancitiesrefutesthat.”第一句说了普遍的观点，但接下来用欧洲城市的例子进行了反驳，因此答案为iv。
因此反驳后应为本段主题。
且例子中出现了wealtheir和car等词汇，对应iv选项中的income和car，且均为否定趋势，因为答案为iv.higherincomesneednotmeanmorecars.
d段第二句描述了研究结果“itfoundthatpushingeveryoneintothecitycentrewasnotthebestapproach.instead,theproposaladvocatedthecreationofurbanvillagesathundredsofsites,mostlyaroundrailwaystations.”让人人都去市中心并不是个好事情，且下一句确定了这个想法，所以答案为i.avoidinganovercrowdedcentre.
e段第二句出现转折，所以第一句一定不是本段主题句，所以一定要通过转折词排除掉最容易被混淆的带telecommunication的vi选项。
然后通过“…itisvaluabletoplacepeopleworkinginrelatedfieldstogether…”中的valuable看出作者对此的态度为正面的，且主题为workingtogether，因为对应答案为iii.thebenefitsofworkingtogetherincities.
