应用文写作

第一节求职信

一、写作指导

求职信开头通常直接说明要申请的职位，其次是简单明了地说明年龄、毕业学校、专业等情况。

申请人需要说明自己申请职位的相应特长、技能、工作经历，必要时还需附上个人简历。

信的左上角为供职方的地址，收信人是所求职单位相应的管理人员，如president,director,chiefengineer等。

右上角为申请者地址及时间，有时地址也可省略。

二、常用句型

求职信写作的常用句型有如下几类：

（1）Inapplyingforthepositionofthesalesmanager,Ioffermyqualifications,whichIbelievewillmeetyourexactrequirement.

我提交资质材料，以申请销售经理一职，我相信我的才能可以满足你们的要求。

（2）ImmediatelyIsawyouradvertisementinthepaperfor…,IfeltitwasjustthekindofpostforwhichIhavethequalificationsandforwhichIhavebeenlookingforsometime.一看到贵公司在报上刊登的招聘广告，我就意识到这正是我这段时间所寻找的工作，并且我很合适。

第二节推荐信

一、写作指导

推荐信的基本功能是说明被推荐人的性格、能力和品行，评估申请人是否具备未来发展的必要的学术或专业资格。

推荐信必须由具有公信力的人撰写才有信服力。

推荐人必须诚实，且推荐信内容均需以事实为依据。

好的推荐信应当由具备相当知名度且与申请人熟识的人撰写。

申请人的长官、同事或学校里的老师是最佳人选。

但是在高中英语写作中的推荐信多为自荐信。

自荐信即自己推荐自己，多用在求职或上学中，作者本人要对自己的情况实事求是地进行描述，不夸大其词。

二、常用句型

推荐信写作的常用句型有如下几类：
