Fromtheperspectiveofeconomiclaw,civilsocietyorganizationsinvolvedinruralsocialassistancefortheinterpretationofthemaineconomiclawdeterminingthestatusofcivilsocietyorganizationsandthesocialassistancesystemoflaw,economiclawareasofownership,andthusexplaintheeconomiclawregulatingcivilsocietyorganizationsintheruralsocialassistancesignificance.

1.2ofruralsocialassistancesocialassistancereferstotheoldandsickandlivinginsocietydifficultandsubjecttolow-incomeorverytroubledisasteremergencypersonnelorfamily,countryandcommunitycanprovideavarietyofreliefandsocialwelfaregeneral.specifictothetextoftheruralsocialassistancemainlyreferstothegovernmentandthesocialforcesofvariousvulnerablegroupsinruralreliefandwelfareservicesingeneral.Specifically,themainminimumlivingsecuritysystemincludingfarmers,five-guaranteesystem,ruralpovertyalleviationanddevelopment,ruralemergencyassistance,legalaidinruralareas,renovationofdilapidatedbuildingsinruralareas,ruralareasandmanyotherspecialrescuepersonnel.
