Perform engineering works on composite components of wind turbine, especially nacelle enclosure and nose cone.

Work closely with global technology/sourcing teams and suppliers, solving technical problems related to design / manufacturing / validation, leading wind turbine composite component design optimization for cost reduction and quality improvement.

Design / analysis documentation, e.g. Specifications, Design Practices, Bills of Material （BoM）, Work Desk Instructions （WDI）, etc. Develop design knowledge for optimum nacelle design.

Support local supplier qualification activities for composite components; provide expertise to evaluate material substitution and manufacturing process optimization opportunities.
