SafetyTips

1、Pleasereadthisspecificationcarefullybeforeoperation.

2、Loweredcabshouldcoverdoorclosedwhenstopthemachine,meanwhilesteelgraspmachineisplacedonthebracket,andcutoffallthepower.

3、Equipmentshallnotbemaintainedintheprocessofwork.Alsotheworkershouldnotstandonthefuselageandshouldnothandfootandotherpartsofbodymustnotbeplacedinthedoorbetweenthecoverandtheboxbody.

4、Ifyouneedinpackagingcaseforcleaningormaintenance,thedeviceshouldbeinastateofdowntime,andthedoorcoversisfixedinthefullyopenposition,cutofftheequipmentpowerrearcanbecarriedout.Whenpipingsystemleakorfailureoccurs,pleasestopimmediately,torunaftertroubleshooting.Equipmentofdiseasedoroverloadoperationisprohibited

2.Generalstructureandworkingprinciple

1).Generalstructure

Mainlycomposedofmechanicalsystems(mainmachine),powersystems,hydraulicsystems.(seeschematiclayout)

Becomposedofpressbox;hydraulicpresscylinderandotherassistantcomponent.(seemainmachinestructurediagram)

1.Pressbox

Bemadeupofmaterialbody;level1lid;level2lid;maincylindercomponents.

Materialbodyiscomposedofpedestal,level1lid,level2lid,therearewareplatesonit.PartofwareplatesareimportDILLINDURwhichmadebyGermany.Compressedscrapmaterialbywrappedworkoflevel1lidandlever2lidsothatincreasedensity.Afterthat,twomainpresscylinderwillcontinuestocompressscrapsintoblocks.

2.Hydrauliccylinderismadeupofmainpresscylinder;level1lidcylinder;lever2lidcylinder.Mainlyturnhydraulicpowerintomechanicalpower,thecylindermainlydriveallpartsofaction,inordertocompletecompressionandpressedactions.

(1)Mainpresscylinders,totallytwosetswhichinstalledonthebottomofpressbox.Pistonrodconnectionwithheadofpressplatestocompressscrapsinsidebyadvanceandforwardofmainpresscylinders.

(2).Level1lidcylinders,totally3setswhichinstalledonthesideofpressboxtocompressscrapsbypistonrodadvanceactionwhenscrapstobepackaged.

(3).Level2lidcylinder,totally3setswhichinstalledontheothersideofpressboxtocompleteopenandcloseactionforpresslidbypistonrodadvanceactionandbackaction.

Theabovearedoubleactingsinglepistonrodstructure,andthelinerwithpistonandseals,thecylinderbodytoformtwooilchambersandsmallcavity.Whenthehighpressureoilofthefrontchamberortherearchamber,thepushrodandpistonwithinthecylinderforreciprocatinglinermotion,therebydrivingtheworkpiecemovements.Cylinderbrimwithguidesleeve,theaboveisalsoequippedwitharing,asthepistonrodsupporting,guidingandsealing.

<2>Thepowersystem iscomposedof mainenginecircuit, enginestart/stop controlcircuitandthePLCinputandoutputcontrolcircuit, externalline,pressing strokecontroldevice, external strokecontrolsystem etc..

<3>Thehydraulicsystem,iscomposedofahydraulicoiltank,hydraulicpump,valve,hydraulicstationpipelinesystem,isthehostofthecentralcontrolsystem.

<4>Pipelinesystemisconnectedtothehost(MechanicalSystems)andbetweenthehydraulicsystem,hydraulicoilfortransfer.

Thetwomainoilcylindersbackhaulinplace,thefirstandsecondlevelpressingdoorr\opening,theoperatorusethegrabmachinetopackagematerialsintothepressingboxinthecab.Thefirstlevelpressingdoorclose,thesecondlevelpressingdoorclose,formingclipsaction,twomainpressingoilcylinderforward,thematerialtothemiddlepressedintoblocks.Thenreturninplace,thefirstandsecondlevelpressingdooropen,theoperatorremovethebalebythegrab,equipmentrepeattheaboveactionuntiltheendofthework.

 1.Thescrap’sdensityandrigiditygreatlyisnotallowedtoaddtoomuch,otherwiseitwillmakethefirstandsecondpressingdoorisnotinplace,thusaffectingthemachine,orevendestroythemachine.

2.Mixedwithpressurevessel,flammableitemsarenotallowedinthewaste
