OneoftheresearchersisamannamedD.C.Lee,aprofessorofIowaStateUniversityComparedtonon-runners,hesaid,runnersshowedamuchlowerriskofdyingfromsomediseases.“Comparedtonon-runners,runnersshowed30percentlowerriskofdeathbyanycauses,includingheartattack,strokeandcancer.Also,runnerscomparedtonon-runnersshowed45percentlowerriskofdeathbycardiovasculardiseases(心血管疾病),includingheartattackandstroke.”
