曲轴箱–100%铸铁设计，以支撑悬臂式曲轴。

5.1卖方的任仅限于合同规定的设备，卖方对任何间接的或由此产生的损失不负担任何责任。
Theseller’sresponsibilityshallbelimitedtothevalueoftheequipmentcoveredbythiscontract.Thesellerwillnotbeliableforanyindirectorconsequentiallossordamage.
5.2质量保证：
卖方保证合同货物选材优良，加工先进，全新且未使用过的。
质量及规格符合合同规定。
保证期为设备投入使用日后12个月，或为实际装船日后18个月，以先到者为准。
但如果卖方未能将所订货物按时交货，或不能及时派遣试车指导专家，那么保质期将相应延长。
GuaranteeofQuality:
Thesellerguaranteethatthecommodityhereofismadeofthebestmaterialswithfirstclassworkmanship,brandnewandunused,andcompliesinallrespectswiththequalityandspecificationsstipulatedinthiscontract.Theguaranteeperiodshallbetwelve（12）monthscountingfromthedateonwhichtheequipmentbeingputintooperationoreighteen（18）monthscountingfromtheactualshippingdateoftheequipment,whicheveroccursfirst.However,ifstartupisdelayedbecauseofpostponingofthesellers,thewarrantycanbeextendedbythesame（delayed）period.
6.0.设备制造和质量检验标准
EQUIPMENTINSPECTIONANDITSSTANDARDS
6.1.合同中所规定的由卖方提供的设备和材料必须经过出厂前的测试和检
验，并带有测试报告。
TheequipmentandmaterialswithinthescopeoftheSellersuppliedinthecontractmustundergotheex-worksqualityinspection,examinationandtestrunandbedeliveredwithqualitycertificates.
6.2.买方同意卖方根据签署合同时卖方国家有效的标准来设计、制造和检测
卖方提供的设备。
TheBuyeragreesthattheequipmentsuppliedbytheSellershallbedesigned,manufacturedandinspectedaccordingtotheappropriatestandardsandprotocolsavailableintheSeller'scountryatthetimeofsigningoftheContract.
