摘要

本论文题目为：

吴起县XX综合楼招标文件编制。

本工程位于陕西省延安市西北部。

本工程为办公综合楼，地上五层，建筑高度21.3m，建筑总面积4500㎡。

屋面防水等级为一级，耐火等级为一级。

本工程采用的结构类型为多层混凝土框架结构，基础采用柱下独立基础。

设计年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为7度。

本论文主要内容包括了18个章节，招标公告、招标文件、资格预审、投标须知及投标须知前附表、投标文件格式、建筑工程概况、开标、评标办法、定标、决标、建筑工程施工合同、投标报价、技术规范。

为了快速使本工程投入运行，并将成本控制到最合适的位置，使效益最大化，所以本工程采用公开招标，无标底竞标的方式。

为了方便投标人进行投标，在招标文件的编制过程中已经特别注明将有关的工程概况、投标报价等内容编写详实，尽量细化了资格预审、评标办法、开标等事项。
