Anon-APQMFSTAoperatinginaBSSshallnottransmitanMFQPolicyframetoanAP.ASTAmaysendanMFQPolicyChangeframetorequestachangeinMFQPolicyatapeerSTA.Anon-APSTAthatreceivesaMFQPolicyChangeframemayeitheracceptorrejecttherequest.
