Instructionsforuse

提示警告
Warning
1.干燥机所用动力电源三相交流50Hz380V,最大功率为3.73KW,必须提供足够容量和符合电压要求的电源并单独配置电气柜,以保证设备的正常工作。
Thepowersupplyofthedesiccatorsshallbethreephase50Hz380Vandthehighestpoweris3.73KW,Inordertoguaranteetheproperoperation,individualelectricalcabinetconformingtothepowerrequirementsmustbeinstalled.
2.压缩空气的进气流量、温度、压力不能超过干燥机的额定流量和所要求的温度、压力。
Theinletairflow、temperatureandpressureofthecompressedaircannotexceedthedryer’sratingflowandtherequiredtemperatureandpressure.
3.先启动后通气,通气增加速率为每10分钟20%,50分钟后达到满负荷。
Startupbeforeventilate,theincreasingvelocityventilatingis20%every10minutes,andreachthefullloadafter50minutes.
4.停机时先停气后停机。
Stoptheoutputbeforecutoffthepower.
5.干燥机在运行时应定时巡视,排水系统是否正常,系统有无异常声响。
Whenthedesiccatorsworks,checkwhetherthedrainsystemworksproperlyandthereisabnormalnoiseinthesystem.
6.当出现故障停机时,请按提示查明原因,排除故障后方能再启动。
Whenitstopscausedbyfault,pleasefindoutthereasonaccordingtotheindication,itshouldnotstartupbeforeeliminatethefault.
一、操作说明
Workinginstructions
1.开机前应作如下检查:
Makethefollowingcheckingbeforestart:
1)管网系统所有阀门均处于正常待工作状态;
Allvalvesinthepipesystemshallbeintheproperworkingpositions.
2)仪表板上冷媒表有指示(夏季在1.1MPa左右,冬季在0.6MPa左右);
Indicationofthecoolingmediaonthepanelisnormal.(about1.1MPainsummerand0.6MPainwinter)
3)检查电源电压,不得超过额定值±10%,两相间电压不平衡度不得超过2%。

4)冷却水进水温度小于等于31。
进水水压0.2~0.4MPa。
2.上述检查确实无误,即可开机。
Iftheabove-mentioneditemsarenormal,starttheequipment.
1)按下起动按钮,冷媒压缩机开始运转(请勿反复启动)。
Pressthe“Start”button,andthecoolingmediumcompressorwillstartthereafter..(Don’tstartrepeatedly.)
2)观察仪表板,冷媒低压表应缓慢下降至0.4MPa左右。
此时机器已进入正常工作状态;
Observethepanel.Thelowpressuregaugeofcoolingmediumshouldslowlyreducetoabout0.4MPa..Theequipmenthasnowenteredthenormalworkingcondition.;
3)在干燥机运转1—3分钟后,先缓慢打开入口空气阀门,再按照加负载速率打开出口空气阀门;
4)检查入、出口空气压力表是否正常(两表读数差0.03MPa应属正常);

5)检查排水系统排水是否正常;

6)定时检查干燥机工况,记录空气入、出口压力,冷媒压力等;
Checktheworkingstatusofthedesiccatorsregularly,keeparecordofdryer,inlet/exitairpressure,coolingmediumpressureandetc;
7)关机程序:
先关出口空气阀门,再关入口空气阀门,最后按下停止按钮即可;
Stopsteps:
First,stoptheoutletairvalve,thenstopclosetheinletairvalve,andpressthe“Stop”buttonfinally..
二、特别注意事项
Notes
1.避免在无负载下长时间运转。
Avoidlong-termoperationwithoutload.
2.请勿连续启动冷媒压缩机,每小时启停次数不得大于6次。
Don’tstartthecoolingmediumcompressoragainandagainanddon’tstartover6timeswithinanhour.
3.为了保证供气质量,务必遵守开机、停机顺序。
Inordertoguaranteetheairquality,pleasecarryingoutthestartandstopstepsstrictly.
A.开机:
先让干燥机运转5分钟后再开空压机或进气口阀门;
Start:
Runthedesiccatorsfor5minutesbeforestarttheaircompressororinletvalve;
B.关机:
先关空压机或出气口阀门再关干燥机。
Stop:
Turnoffaircompressororexitvalveandthenturnoffthedesiccators.
4.若管网中有跨接于干燥机进、出气口的旁路阀,在运行时一定要将旁路阀关紧,避免未经处理的空气进入下游用气管网。
Makesurethebypassvalveconnectingtheinletandexitpipeitturnedoffinoperationtoavoidtheunprocessedairflowintothelow-reachpipenetwork.
5.空气压力不得超过1.0MPa。
Theairpressureshallnotexceed1.0MPa.
6.入口空气温度不超过45℃。
Theinletairtemperatureshallnotexceed45℃.
7.环境温度不超过38℃。
Theenvironmenttemperatureshallnotexceed38℃.
8.在环境温度低于2℃时请不要开机。
Don’tstarttheequipmentwhenthetemperatureislessthan2℃.
9.定期保养事项:
Dailymaintenanceofdevice:
A.风冷凝器必须干净、无积尘,要求每隔30天清洗一次风冷凝器;
Thewindcooledshallbeclean,andcleanitevery30days;
B.每班巡视、检查排水系统的排水情况;
Checktheworkingstatusofthedrainerregularly;
C.定期检查电气接触点应无松动,过热;
Inspecttoensurethattheelectricjointshallnotbelooseandoverheated.
D.定期检查一切与干燥机相关的管网设备,特别注意空压机、储气罐、后部冷却器、过滤器的工作情况;
Inspectallthepipesysteminconnectionwiththedesiccatorsregularly,especiallytheworkingstatusofthecompressor,gastank,rearcondenserandfilter.
E.要避免液态水份及油份进入干燥机(建议在干燥机入气口前配置本公司C级过滤器)。
Fluidwaterandoilshouldbeavoidedenteringthedesiccators{It’ssuggestedthatC-levelfilterofourcompanybeinstalledbeforetheairinlet}
三、故障排除要点
