MicroLifeGroupalreadyregisteredtheEANcodeforherbrandedproducts;however,duetoISOrequirement,everypackage（G/B）needsitsrelativecode;therefore,arevisedcodingsystemisappliedtoalltheexistingproducts.Thepurposeofthisinternalregulationre-definestheruleofhowtheproductsarecoded.TonotethatduetocoherenceofpreviousEANsystemforpurchasesystem,itwillbekepttheoriginalEANcode（assignedas“variant1,2existing”）.
Introduction
TheEANcodeusedis“EAN-13System”which13numbersareshown.Themeaningofeachnumberisdescribedasfollowing:

threenumbers,countrycode;theyare“471”forTaiwan.
◆M1M2M3M4:
fournumbers,manufacturer（company）code;theyare9003forourcompany.
◆P1P2P3P4P5:
fivenumbers,productcode;isdefinedindetailasthenextsection.
◆C:
onenumber,checkingcodetoavoiderrorscreening;isautomaticallycalculatedbyfollowingformula.
