WhydoIloverunning?

Actually,it’salittlebitsillytome.IrunbecauseIcan.Tosomeextent,thatiswhatmostlypeoplethink.Iusedtobeacouchpotato,life,youknow,ismerelyanounforme.I’mnotinterestedinanythingandeverythingseemsdull,running,however,bringsmeanewlife.Ichangemylifestyle.I’veturnitintoaverb,resultingfromthefactthatIalwayskeepmoving.Withnomoreequipment,justapairofrunningshoes,youcandoitanywhere,

anytime.

Runninggivesmetimetothink.Sometimeslifecangetratherbusy.IfoundthatonmylongrunsIhavetimetoreflect,thinkandhaveawaytostaywithmyself.It’sprettygood.Besidesthinking,Icanevencatchanopportunitytogetclosetothenatureandappreciatethebeautyaroundme.

Itsmyhonortospeakhere,andIamverygladtosharemytopicwithyou.ThentodayI’dliketotalksomethingaboutbasketball,whichismyfavoritesport.

Thesportofbasketballisknownasafunpasttimeforanypersonyoungorold.Basketballisagreatwayofexerciseandagreatwaytohavefunwithfriendsandpossiblymakesomenewones.Ilovetowatchandplaythegame,basketballisaveryentertainingsportandcanbeplayedbyanyone.Basketballhasmanynegativeandpositivethingsaboutitbasedonmyopinion.Basketballisknownasagoodpastimeinmanypeople’seyesbutcanalsobeseenasapassionformanyothers. 

BasketballinmyopinionthebestthingIcandowithmyfriendstohavefunwhileburningafewcalories.Iseebasketballasafunandeasywaytohavefunratherthansittingonthecouchalldayplayingvideogamesorwatchingtelevision.OnereasonIlovebasketballisbecauseyouneedonlyyourselftoplaythegameor,youcanplaywithteammates.Iprefertohaveotherstoplaywithratherthanjustplayingalone.TomethereisnotonlyonewordthatIcandescribebasketball.Youmeettonsofpeopleandyouareabletoplaywithyourfriendsforhourswithoutgettingonethoughtofboredom.OnethingIloveaboutbasketballisthatpeoplehavemanydifferentstylesofplay.Therearestylessuchasapasser,playmaker,shooter,defensiveplayer,anddunkerorhighflyer.Whenyouplaybasketballyoufeelmuchmoreconfidentandmakesyounotcaremuchabouthowothersthinkaboutyou.WhenIpossesstheballinbasketballIhavethementalityofbeingthebestandnoonecouldstopme.Manypeoplehavecreativeideasandfindnewwaystotricktheopposingplayers.PlayingBasketballisveryentertainingsincethereareendlessideasyoucanthinkofjustwith

BaseballiscalledAmerica'snationalpastime,andforgoodreason.Itisanexcitingsportinwhichanythingcanhappen.Idon'tplaybaseballverywellbutwhenitcomestowatchingsports,Iamaddictedtotheballpark.WhiletheactionisnotasfastasinAmericanfootballorhockeyandthesportisnotaspopularworldwideasfootball,itisstillmyfavoritesportbecauseitisfuntowatch live andbecauseitisaverystrategicandcomplexgame.
