CopyyourNotesIDfileintheNotesDatafile.Thenormalpathis“C:

\notes\data”

把你的NotesID拷贝到Notes的DATA的这个文件夹下面，一般的路径都是C:

\notes\data

1.opentheNotes,

首先打开Notes，出现以下画面：

2.select“Next”

点击Next进入下一个画面：

在Yourname中输入发给你的Notes信息表中彩色字体的名字，

在Dominoserver中输入信息表中的NewHire’sMailServer－比如：

d23m0016/23/m/ibm

3.ThenselectNext

输入完成之后点击Next，出现以下画面：

点击Browse，导入你的ID文件，点击Next。

之后会要求你输入密码，密码在信息表中，输入之后点OK，如果输入正确会等待一段时间，Notes连接服务器。

之后会进入以下画面：

Enterthe“Browse”andfindyourIDfileandNext.

ThenenteryourPWD,afterthatneedmoretimetowaittheserverconnectasbelow.

把Replicationsettingsforsendingandreceivingmail那一项选中，点击Next

之后出现一个Message，内容为Notessetupiscomplete！

点击确定进入以下画面：

Selectthe“Replicationsettingsforsendingandreceivingmail”andNext.

Afterallthe“Notessetupiscomplete!

”themessagewillopenanddone.

然后点击左侧工具栏中那个书型的图标进入AddressBook显示如下：

Select“AddressBook”inthetoolbarofleft.

然后关闭这个About的页面，进入以下画面

Closethe“About”page,asbelow;

点击Advanced中的Connections，选中其中那个home的那个连接，然后点击EditConnection，进入下一个画面：

ClicktheConnectionsinAdvanced,selecttheHomelinkand“EditConnection”,gotothenextpage;

在Basics画面中的Servername一项输入你的MailServer，和之前输入的那个DominoServer是一样的。

点击Advanced那项进入以下画面：

InBasicspagehavetheservernameandyourNotesservername,andselectthe“Advanced”gotothenextpage.

在Destinationserveraddress中输入你的MailServer的IP地址，ServerName和相应IP地址的对应如下：

最后点击Save&Close保存并关闭。

就可以使用你的NotesMail系统了。
