Withtheprogressoftechnology ，increasinglypopularityofmobilecommunicationandinternet，thesharingeconomyhasdevelopingrapidly.Currently，traditionalconsumptionfacesabigchallengefromsharingeconomy，someexpertsevensaid，“Inthefuture，economywillbeshared.”

InJun ，atBloombergscience&technologyconference，NathanBlecharczyk，CTOofAirbnb（anonlinehouserentalwebsite）said，“ThefutureofinternationaltourismbelongstoChinesetourists，thecompanyiscommittedtoestablishrelationshipwithChineseoutboundtourists.AndanincreasingnumberofChinesetouristshavebecomAirbnbusers.”

AseriesofemergingtechnologyrepresentedbyAirbnbandUberhasbeendevelopinginChina，whichmarksthecomingoftheeraofsharingeconomy.Currently，moreandmoreenterpriseshavetakenthisbusinessmode—meetconsumers’demandinfood，clothing，housingandtransportationbysharing.

WhatisSharingEconomy

Theconceptof“sharingeconomy”wasfirstlyproposedin1978Americ，aandthenbecame

popularinrecentyears.Thehighlightofthiseconomymodeisthatitmakesdirectexchangebetweencommodityandserviceamongindividualsonaninformationplatformprovidedbyathirdparty.

Inessence ，sharingeconomyisalivingstyleof“collaborativeconsumption”.Ownersrealize

maximizeuseofitemsandbenefitsbylendingidlegood，sincludingcarandhouse.Undersuch

mode，everyonecanbebothconsumerandproducer，andhastheabilitytogenerateincome.

Oneofthefoundationsoftherisingofsharingeconomyisidlecapacity ，whichprovidesnecessarymaterialbase.Forexample，somepeoplehavehousebutnotlivedforalongtime，havecarbutnotuseoften，longtermidlebecomesawaste.However，ontheotherside，somepeoplewanttobesome-whereinsometime，ordrivinginsomewheresometime，buthaslimitedbudget，notwanttobuy.Insuchcondition，ifbothsidesagreed，notonlysavetheidlecapacity，butalsocancreateeconomybenefit.

TheemergenceoftheInternetandpopularizationisanotherkeyfoundationfortherisingofsharingeconomy，whichmadeexchangeofidlegoodspossible.Particularly，withthecontinuouslydevelopmentofthethirdappplatform，termsoftradeandpayment，andassessmentsystemhavebecomemature，bothsidesofadealcanestablishbusinessrelationshipeasily，whichboostthesharingeconomy.

Sharingeconomyhasmanybenefits ，amongthem，themostsignificantisresourcesavingandreducingwaste.Inotherwords，itcannotonlybringeconomicbenefit，butalsocanprotecttheenvironment.Forexample，accordingtoaresearchmadebyMassachusettsInstituteof

Technology，carsharingcanreduce55%trafficcongestion.Onefullyutilized“sharingcar”canreplaceabout4-10privatecars，equivalently，eachcustomerreduces30%-45%drivingmileage.

ChallengesandRisks

Withthegradually popularizingoftheconceptof“sharingeconomy”，relevantnewstyleofeconomicactivityrisesharply，variouscompaniesprovidingcommodityorservicesharingandrental，butalsobringssomenewproblems.Forexample，UberisnowfacingtheboycottfromtraditionaltaxiindustryinChina，someagenciesandinstitutionscomplainthatthecompanyoperatesthebusinessillegallybyusingunlicensedtaxies，whichdisruptedthemarketorder，atetheexistingmarketandissuspectedofbeinginvolvedunfaircompetition.Als，oAirbnbisfacingthesameproblem.Itwasprotestedbythewholehotelindustry，andsupervisiondepartmenthasraiseddoubtsaboutAribnb’sprivatehouserental，andpointedoutthatitmayhavetheproblemoftaxevasion.

Wenee dtoseethatanyinnovativeservicemodedevelopmentwould“damage”thetraditionalmarket.But，ontheotherside，therapiddevelopmentofthesenewmodealsomeanstheycanmeetmarketdemand，thusberecognizedbythemarket.Itisbelievedthatwiththegradualmaturityofenterprises，theywillestablishmoreperfectself-regulatorymechanismsaccordingtothechangeofmarketdemand.Supervisionorganizationshouldalsodevelopbasedonthenewmodeofeconom，yadjustormakerelevantregulations，guideandhelprelevantindustrytodevelop，soastoadapttothetrendofsharingeconomy.
