In1938,whenthe“GreatDepression(大萧条)”happenedtothecountry,volunteersfromChicagospentadaysellingfreshdonuts.HoweverthistimearounditwasnotjusttocheerupAmericanpeople,butalsotoraisemoneyforthecharity(慈善).Theeventwassuchasuccessthatitisnowcelebratedeveryyearbythewholecountry,onthefirstFridayofJune.What'sevenbetteristhatthisyear,DunkinDonutsisgivingawayfreedonutswithdrink,makingitthefirstWorldDonutDay!
