一科（苏州）大厦工程混凝土试块留置计划

一、工程概况

一科（苏州）大厦工程位于苏州高新区向阳路南、运星物流东。

建筑面积为26317.43平方米，地下室为框剪一层结构，主体为框架八层结构，建筑高度39.6m。

基础结构：

基础采用桩承台地梁底板基础。

基础底板混凝土标号为C30P6，地下室墙柱、顶板为C30P6.

主体结构：

混凝土强度：

柱、梁板为C30 ,过梁、构造柱等二次结构部位：

C20

二、混凝土结构工程试块取样与留置

混凝土试块应在混凝土浇筑地点随机取样。

（一）标准养护试块取样与留置原则

1、不超过100m3的同配合比的混凝土，取样不得少于一次；

2、当一次连续浇筑超过1000m3时，同一配合比的混凝土每200m3取样不得少于一次；

3、每一楼层、同一配合比的混凝土，取样不得少于一次；

4、每次取样应至少留置一组（一组为3个立方体试块）标准养护试块。

5、二次结构混凝土试块按照每层留置，当每层分多次浇灌时则每浇筑一次混凝土时留置一组标养试块。

（二）同条件养护试块取样与留置原则

1、结构实体同条件试块（混凝土结构验收的重要依据）：

（1）同条件养护试件所对应的结构构件或结构部位，应由监理（建设）、施工等各方共同选定。

（2）根据即体现结构重要部位又适度控制实体检验数量的原则，原则上按每一施工流水段至少留置一组同条件试块。

重要部位留置组数适当增加，增加组数在具体实施中可以与监理协商确定。

2、拆模同条件试块（判定混凝土是否达到设计要求或规范要求的强度），按每一施工流水段至少留置一组同条件拆模试块；

3、达到受冻临界强度同条件试块（控制冬季施工竖向结构模板拆除），按每一施工流水段至少留置一组同条件试块；

4、掺加防冻剂混凝土同条件试块（检验掺加防冻剂混凝土质量），按每一楼层、同一配合比的混凝土至少留置一组同条件试块；

（三）防水混凝土试块留置原则

1、防水混凝土的标养、同条件养护试块留置原则见前

2、抗渗试块留置原则（依据GB50208-2002）：

连续浇筑混凝土每500m3应留置一组抗渗试块（一组为6个抗渗试块），且每项工程不得少于两组。

配合比调整时，应相应增加试块的留置组数。

（四）留置方法

1、混凝土取样在混凝土的浇筑地点随机抽取。

取样时，应先放掉一部分混凝土，搅拌车加速搅拌后，取中间搅拌均匀的混凝土。

混凝土取样次数应间隔不同的车次分别进行取样制作混凝土试块。

2、所有试件应装入150*150*150试模内制作。

试件应在取样后立即制作，试件成型方法根据混凝土的稠度而定，坍落度小于等于70MM的混凝土，宜采用振动台振实；大于70MM的宜用人工捣实。

三、混凝土试块的留置部位及组数

本工程根据规范要求并结合实际施工情况决定在各结构部位留置试件组数。

标养试块留置在拟建房西南角的标养室内。

留置组数见附表1和附表2。

四、标准养护试块的养护

标养试块成型后应覆盖表面，在室温20±5℃下静置1～2天后，编号、拆模送现场标养室标养。

五、同条件养护试件的养护

同条件养护试件拆模后，放置在对应楼层的楼梯部位处，采用相同于楼层的养护方式，采用钢筋焊制铁笼，放置其中。

根据规范规定：

同条件养护试件等效养护龄期及相应的试件强度代表值，宜根据当地气温和养护条件，按下列规定确定：

1、等效养护龄期可取按日平均气温连日累计达到600OC时，所对应的龄期，0OC以下龄期不计入；等效养护龄期不应少于14D，也不宜大于60D。

2、同条件养护试件的强度代表值应根据试验结果按现行国家标准《混凝土强度检验评定标准》GBJ107的规定确定后，乖折算系数取用，系数一般取1.10，也可根据当地的试验室统计结果作适当调整。

3、根据上条规定，项目部建立日平均气温台帐，即通过当地气象台的天气预报的最高与最低所温折算成平均气温记录下来，以此作为同条件养护试件的龄期。

六、混凝土试件的送检

混凝土试件的送检按上述规定由监理单位见证人员见证并按规定封样后送检测中心检验。

Tworegulationspromulgatedforimplementationisinthepartyinpowerforalongtimeandtheruleoflawconditions,theimplementationofcomprehensivestrictlystrategicplan,implementationinaccordancewiththerulesanddisciplinetomanagetheparty,strengtheninner-partysupervisionofmajorinitiatives.Thetworegulationssupportingeachother,theadheretoapositiveadvocate,focusingonmoralityisofPartymembersandPartyleadingcadrescansee,enoughtogetahighstandard;aroundthepartydiscipline,disciplinaryrulerrequirements,listedas"negativelist,focusingonverticalgauge,drawthepartyorganizationsandPartymembersdonottouchthe"bottomline".Here,themainfromfoursquarefacetwopartyrulesofinterpretation:

thefirstpartintroducestwopartyRevisedregulationsthenecessityandtherevisionprocess;thesecondpartistheinterpretationofthetwofundamentalprinciplesoftherevisionoflawsandregulationsintheparty;thethirdpartintroducestwopartyregulationsmodifiedthemainchangesandneedstograspseveralkeyproblems;thefourthpartonhowtograsptheimplementationofthetworegulationsoftheparty.andrevisedthenecessityandrevisedhistoryoftheCPCCentralCommitteetheamendmenttotheChineseCommunistPartymembersandleadingcadreshonestpoliticsseveralguidelines>andcolumn1by2015tostrengthenpartylawsandregulationsfocus.TwopartyregulationsrevisionworklastedaYears,poolingthewisdomofthewholeparty,ideologicalconsensus,drawhistoricalexperience,respectforthewisdomofourpredecessors,whichreflectstheunityofinheritanceandinnovation;followthecorrectdirection,graspthelimitedgoals,adheretotheparty'sleadership,tosolvethemassesofthepeoplereflectafocusontheproblem.Thenewrevisionoftheand,reflectstheparty's18andtheeighthsessionofthethird,thespiritofthefourthplenarysession,reflectingtheexperienceofstudyingandimplementingtheGeneralSecretaryXiJinpingseriesofimportantspeech,reflectstheparty'seighteenyearscomprehensivestrictlypractice.（a）revisedtworegulationsofthepartyneedofinbasedonrevised,thepromulgationandimplementationofJanuary2010,tostrengthentheconstructionofthecontingentofleadingcadresplayanimportantrole.Butwiththepartytomanagethepartystrictlyadministeringthedeepening,hasnotbeenabletofullymeettheactualneeds.Contentistoocomplicated,"eightprohibition,52arenotallowedto"hardtoremember,andalsodifficulttoputintopractice;thesecondisconciselypositiveadvocatedbythelackofprohibitedprovisionsexcessive,noautonomyrequirements;thethirdisbannedtermsanddisciplinelaw,bothwiththepartydiscipline,disciplinaryregulationsrepeatandCriminallawandotherlawsandregulationsrepeat;thefourthisto"clean"thethemeisnotprominent,notfortheexistingproblems,andisnarrow,onlyneedleofcounty-levelleadingcadresabove.isin1997basedonrevision,inDecember2003thepromulgationandimplementation,tostrengthentheconstructionofthepartyplayveryimportantrole.Alongwiththedevelopmentofthesituation,whichmanyprovisionshavebeenunabletofullymeetthecomprehensivestrictlyadministeringthepracticeneeds.OneisJilaw,morethanhalfoftheprovisionsandcriminallawandothercountrieslawsandregulationsRepetition;twoisthepoliticaldisciplineregulationsisnotprominent,notspecific,forviolationofthepartyconstitution,damagetheauthorityofPartyConstitutionofmisconductlacknecessaryandseriousresponsibilitytopursue;thirdisthemaindisciplinefortheleadingcadres,doesnotcoverallPartymembers.Basedontheabovesituation,needtoandthetwoislikelytobemorerelevantregulationsfirstamendment.Byrevising,reallyputtheauthorityofPartydiscipline,theseriousnessinthepartytreeandcallupthemajorityofPartymembersandcadresofthepartyconstitutionofpartycompassespartyconsciousness.（II）twopartyregulationsrevisionprocesstheCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChinaattachesgreatimportancetotworegulationsrevision.XiJinping,generalbooksrecordedintheFifthPlenarySessionoftheeighthsessionoftheCentralCommissionforDisciplineInspection,ontherevisedregulations<>madeclearinstructions.Accordingtothecentraldeployment,theCentralCommissionforDisciplineInspectionfrom2014undersixmonthsbeginstudytworegulationsrevision.TheStandingCommitteeoftheCentralCommissionforDisciplineInspection4reviewrevised.ComradeWangQishan14timesheldaspecialmeetingtostudytworegulationsrevision,amendmentclarifiesthedirection,majorissuesofprinciple,pathandtarget,respectivelyheldaforumwilllistentopartoftheprovince（area）secretaryofthePartycommittee,SecretaryoftheDisciplineInspectionCommission,partofthecentralministriesandstateorgansDepartment
