一、培养目标
Objectives
1.掌握马克思主义基本理论、树立科学的世界观，坚持党的基本路线，热爱祖国；遵纪守法，品行端正；诚实守信，学风严谨，团结协作，具有良好的科研道德和敬业精神。
2.掌握本学科坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专业知识，可胜任本学科领域高层次的教学、科研、工程技术工作与科技管理工作，能在本学科或专门技术上做出创新性成果。
3.掌握二门外国语，熟练阅读本专业外文资料，熟练使用一种外语撰写学术论文，并具有良好的外语听说能力以及进行国际学术交流能力。
4.具有健康的体质与良好的心理素质。

三、学制、学习年限及学分要求

硕士起点的博士研究生学制为3年，学习年限一般为3-4年，最长不超过6年。
本科起点直接攻读博士研究生学制为5年，学习年限一般为5-6年，最长不超过7年。

四、课程设置

研究生修读的课程包括学位课和非学位课等。
学位课分为公共学位课和专业学位课。

1.博士研究生入学后由导师根据专业及研究方向结合博士研究生个人特点，在入学一个月内制定博士研究生个人培养计划，对课程学习、文献阅读、科学研究、学位论文等内容提出明确要求并做出具体安排。
2.博士研究生课程分为学位课程和非学位课程。
学位课包括公共学位课和专业学位课。
a.公共学位课2门，计6学分：
第一外国语，72学时，4学分。
中国马克思主义与当代，36学时，2学分。
b.专业学位课，2门，4~6学分。
3.非学位课程：
由博士研究生导师根据需要指导博士研究生选修，包含跨学科专业选修。
博士研究生在硕士阶段已选修第二外国语，则在博士阶段可不选第二外国语；否则，第二外国语为必选课。
4.跨学科（专业）的博士研究生须补修2门所攻读的学科（专业）相应硕士的主干课程。
以同等学力学习的博士研究生须补修3门所攻读的学科（专业）相应硕士的主干课程。
不计入总学分。
具体见各模块。
1.ThesupervisorshouldmakeanindividualcultivatingprogramforthePhDcandidates,whichshouldhaveaclearrequirementsandmakespecificarrangementsforcourselearning,literaturereading,scientificresearchanddissertationbasedonthePhDcandidate’spersonalitytraitduringthefirstmonthofentrance.
2.PhDcoursesaredividedintodegreecoursesandnon-degreecourses.Degreecoursesincludespublicdegreecoursesandprofessionaldegreecourses.
a.Sixcreditsfortwopublicdegreecoursesespeciallyfourcredits,seventy-twoclasshoursforthefirstforeignlanguageandtwocredits,thirty-sixclasshoursfortheChineseMarxismandtheContemporary.
Fourtosixcreditsfortwoprofessionaldegreecourses.
b.Non-degreecourses:
thedoctoraltutorleadsthePhDcandidatestotakecoursesincludingtheinterdisciplinaryprofessionalcourses.ThePhDcandidatesdon’tneedtotakethesecondforeignlanguageduringthedoctoralstudiesifthecandidateshavetakenthisone.Otherwise,thesecondforeignlanguagemustbetheCompulsorycourses.
3.TheinterdisciplinaryPhDcandidatesmusttaketwomaincoursesrelevanttothemasterinthisdiscipline.ThePhDcandidateswhohavethesame-leveleducationbackgroundmusttakethreemaincoursesrelevanttothemasterinthisdiscipline.Nocreditsforthecourses.
五、必修环节
CompulsoryCourses
1、实践环节2个学分。
要求学生模拟完成一篇省（市）级及以上自然科学基金等纵向项目的申请书及30分钟汇报PPT，经指导教师（小组）检查、评阅后，合格者记2学分。
在职博士研究生可免修实践环节，但不记学分，所缺学分必须通过选修课程补齐。
2、选题报告及中期考核1个学分。
博士生入学后，应在导师指导下明确科学研究方向，查阅国内外相关文献（文献阅读不少于100篇，其中外文文献不少于三分之一），进行广泛的调查研究，确定研究课题。
在入学1~1.5年内写出选题报告，由导师拟订评审组（具有教授或相当职称的同行专家组成）名单，经学院分学位委员会审定，成立评审组。
由学院组织博士研究生开题报告的评审工作，对选题的合理性、可行性、文献综述、预期效果及实现课题的措施做出分析、评价。
选题报告如不符合要求，必须在3个月内重新开题。
选题报告由评审组组长签署意见，送学院备案。
选题报告通过后，记1个必修环节学分。
3、学术活动1个学分。
为了促使研究生能主动关心和了解国内外本学科前沿的发展动态，开阔视野，启发创造力，要求每个博士研究生应公开做学术报告至少5次，参加学术报告至少10次，且每次参加学术活动必须写出500字以上的心得。
经指导教师（小组）检查、审核，完成者在必修环节记1个学分。
论文选题进行到中期，博士研究生必须参加学校的中期考核。
博士研究生应在专门的学术会议上做工作进展的中期报告，由专家（定义同前）审议其论文进展和阶段成果水平。
博士研究生选题报告和中期考核的具体要求，按照研究生手册“研究生中期考核与选题管理办法”执行。
1.Twocreditsfortheinternshiporpractice.Candidatesarerequiredtostimulateaprovincial（city）levelandanatural（social）sciencefundprojectapplicationand30minutes’presentation.Afterinspectedandreviewedbythesupervisor（Group）,thosewhopassedwillgettwocredits.
Theon-the-jobPhDcandidatescanexempttheinternshiporpractice,however,nocreditsforthecourses,andthecreditslackedmustbepaidthemoffwithelectivecourses.
2.Onecreditforthesisproposalandinterimassessment.Undertheguidanceofsupervisors,candidatesshouldpinpointtheirresearchareas,lookuprelevantliteratureathomeandabroad（theamountofliteratureatleast100,theforeignliteratureshouldnotlessthanonethirdoftheliteratures）,conductextensiveinvestigationsandmakeselectionofdissertation.Duringthefirst1to1.5yearsofentrancethePhDcandidatesmustmakethereportonselectionofdissertation,thesupervisorshouldmakethelistofpanelsconsistsofprofessorsorthepeerexpertswithequivalenttileAfterexamination,theresearchtopicwillbedefinite.Afterpassingthesisproposaldefense,thecandidatewillgetonecredit.
3.Onecreditforacademicactivities.Inordertoencouragecandidatestotakeconcernandunderstandthestateofartathomeandabroad,broadentheirhorizonsandinspiretheircreativity,eachcandidateshouldmakepublicacademicreportatleastfivetimes,attendacademicreportsatleast10times,andwrite500wordsormoreeachtimeafterparticipatinginacademicactivities.Afterexaminationbythesupervisor（Group）,thosewhocompleteitwillget1creditofcompulsorycourses.
Inthemiddleofthethesis,thedoctoralstudentsmustattendthemid-termexaminationoftheschool.Doctoralstudentsshoulddotheinterimreportoftheprogressofworkinspecializedacademicconferencesandbyexperts（definedibid.）reviewtheprogressandachievementsinthelevel.Doctoralstudentselectionreportandthespecificrequirementsofthemid-termexamination,accordingtothegraduateHandbook,theimplementationoftheinterimassessmentandselectionmanagementapproach.
六、科学研究与学位论文
ScientificResearchandDissertation
1.科研论文发表及规定（按照学校校研字[2014]29文件规定执行）
（1）申请学位论文答辩前，博士研究生发表的与学位论文相关的学术论文须达到以下要求之一：
a.在本学科或相关学科国际学术期刊上至少发表2篇SCI收录的高水平学术论文；
b.在本学科或相关学科国际学术期刊上发表1篇SCI收录的高水平学术论文，且在本学科或相关学科EI收录期刊、中文B类及以上学术期刊或国际顶尖学术会议论文集上发表2篇高水平学术论文；
c.在本学科或相关学科国际学术期刊上发表1篇SCI收录的高水平学术论文，且获得国内或国外授权发明专利1项。
（2）鼓励博士研究生发表高水平学术论文，博士研究生以本人为第一作者在本学科或相关学科国际重要学术期刊上发表1篇与学位论文相关的高水平学术论文，视为达到申请学位发表学术论文的要求。
（3）提前攻读、申请审核制直接录取、学校博士卓越奖学金资助、学校优秀博士学位论文培育基金资助、攻读博士期间国家或学校公派出国学习6个月及以上的各类博士研究生，申请学位论文答辩前须至少多发表1篇SCI收录学术期刊论文。
若同时享受上述多种政策，多发表论文篇数为所享受政策种类数量的累加数。
（4）博士研究生申请答辩时，若其发表的学术论文存在正式录用但未见刊的，须满足：
取得学籍至少4年，且仅差1篇学术论文尚未公开发表但已录用的（其它学术论文均已见刊），允许其按答辩程序申请答辩毕业，待其毕业后2年内所提交审核的学术论文全部公开发表且达到相应标准，再由本人提出申请审议其学位。
被录用的学术论文应有编辑部的正式录用函和导师签名同意、学科分委员会认可的论文投稿原件。
（5）论文作者署名要求为博士研究生本人署名第一，或导师署名第一、本人署名第二；专利第一发明人是指博士研究生本人署名第一，或导师署名第一、本人署名第二；论文的第一署名单位或专利申请人必须是武汉理工大学。
（6）博士研究生申请答辩时，如果提交审核的学术论文中尚有未公开发表（或发明专利申请公开）的，允许其组织学位论文答辩，答辩通过者，经所在学院分学位委员会审议可先准予毕业，但暂不审议其学位，待其在毕业后两年内所提交审核的学术论文全部公开发表（或发明的专利获得授权）后，再由本人提出申请审议其学位。

C.publishedintheinternationalacademicjournalsofthedisciplineorrelateddisciplines,1SCIhighlevelacademicpapersincluded,andaccesstodomesticorforeignauthorizedinventionpatents1.
（2）encouragedoctoralstudents:
highlevelacademicpapers,doctoralstudentinmyfirstauthoronthesubjectorrelateddisciplinesofimportantinternationalacademicjournalspublishedarticlesanddissertationsrelatedtohighlevelacademicpapers,asthepostacademicrequirementstoapplyfordegree.
