1.1RemovalofMoldProcessing
Thisisthelargestmoldmakerforaclassofmethods,includingmachining,EDM(EDM,wirecutting,electrolytic,etc.),chemicalprocessing,suchascorrosion.Characterizedbytheshape-sizecomponentsisremovedfromtheblankmaterialtoberedundant.
1.1.1Machining
About90%ofthemoldbymilling,turning,grindingandothermachiningmethods.Theyaremainlyusedtomoldpartsofthefinalprocessingaids,aswellasworkingpartsofthepre-moldprocessingandfinalprocessing.

Formingtheworksurfacegrindingisatraditionalmethodoffinishingwithahigh-precision,high-performanceadvantagesofdegrees.Inthemoldmanufacture,diecutshapeismainlyusedRuledSurfacefinishingpunch,diepiecesandEDMelectrodesandothercomponentsused.
(3)Themoldandpolishing
Aftersurfacemachining,surfaceroughness,regardlessoftheirsizemustbepolishedagain.MoldPolishingMoldcurrentresearchisstillmainlymanuallyorwithelectricorpneumaticequipment,manuallypolished,lowefficiency,laborintensity,andthequalityofinstability.Chinahasimportedthree-dimensionalsurfacecanbeautomaticdiepolishingoftheNCInstitutemold.Developedhumanoidintelligentautomaticpolishingtechnologyhasalsobeenmade,butfewerapplications.Moldthefutureresearchwillbetowardsthespecialmode,thecomposite,automation,intelligentdirection.Extrusiondie,suchasresearch,studymodeandlaserpolishing,EDMpolishing,electrochemicalpolishing,aswellasultrasonicpolishingcompoundpolishingequipmentandtechnology.
1.1.2EDM
Moldprocessingtechnologyofelectricitymainlyreferstowirecutting,EDM,piercingandelectrolysisprocessing.
(1)WEDM
CuttingEDMsparkdischargeusingmetalmeltingorvaporization,andmeltingorvaporizationofthemetaltogetridofinordertoachieveavarietyofshapesmetalpartsprocessing.Wire-cuttingforprocessingsmallprecision,complexshapes,materials,specialdieparts,themorecomplexshapes,smallprecisiondies,carbidediesinparticular,itseconomiceffectshasbecomemoresignificant.Micro-EDMandWireCuttingwalkingisthemaindevelopmentofhotspotsinrecentyears.
(2)CavityEDM
EDMcavityformingareplicationprocess,itistheuseofsparkdischargemethodtocopytheshapeoftoolelectrodeintheblankmoldcavityformed.EDMcavitymoldintoday'smanufacturingindustryhasbeentooccupythepositioncannotbeignored,itcanbesinteredmetalblocksandsteelintheconventionalmethodsofprocessingcannotbeprocessedortheshapeofdifficultprocessingcomplex,thesizeofthefinework,therightchoiceandtheuseofelectrodesenablesthecostofmoldmanufacturingmethodthanconventionallow-40%.
JapaninventedanewEDMmethod,thatis,intheprocessofaddingtherightamountofliquidmicro-silicapowder,oraluminumpowder,graphitepowdermaybe,canmakemanytimesmorethanthesurfaceofprecisioncanbeimproved,thecurrentprocessingmethodscorrespondingEDMhasalsobeencommercialized.EDMtechnologycannotbeseparatedfromthenextthreetrends,namely,high-speedandhighprecisionandhighautomation.
(3)ElectrochemicalMachining
ECMisbasedontheprincipleofelectrolysis(theelectrochemicalanodicdissolution)willbetheshapeofthecathodetoolforcopyingontoblankinthemoldcavityofmoldprocessing.Assoonastheanodeandcathodepartsoftheformingtoolinsertelectrolyte,theeffectofcurrent,betweentheanodeandcathodeexchangeofchargeandmaterials,theresultofdissolutionofworkpiece.Inthisway,canalsobepartofthesurfaceareacoveredbytheprotectionlayer,onlytootherpartsoftheplaceoftheoxidepartofthematerial.
1.1.3DieCAD/CAE/CAM

SuchastheUnitedKingdom'sDeleamseriessoftwareincludessurface/solidgeometrymodeling,complexphysicalengineeringgraphics,industrialdesignofhigh-levelrendering,plasticmolddesignexpertsystem,thecomplexityofphysicalCAM,modelingandcarvingartautomaticprogrammingsystem,reverseengineeringsystemandOnlinemeasurementofcomplexphysicalsystems.
(2)molddesign,analysisandmanufactureofthree-dimensional
Molddesign,analysis,manufacturingthree-dimensionalandrequireanewgenerationofpaperlesssoftwaretothree-dimensionalmold,intuitivefeeltothedesignofmold,usingthree-dimensionaldigitalmodelcanbeeasilyusedintheproductstructureoftheCAEanalysis,toolingmanufacturingevaluationandCNCmachining,formingprocesssimulationandthemanagementandsharingofinformation.
Cimatroncompany,suchasinjectionmoldexpertsoftwarecanautomaticallygeneratepartingdirectioninaccordancewithsub-typelineandsub-surface,generatedwiththeproductscorrespondingtothecoreandcavity,therealizationofthewholemold-relatedparts,andBOMisautomaticallygeneratedforNCdrillingprocessoftheform,andcapableofintelligentprocessingparameters,suchasprocessingtheresultsofcalibration.

1.1.4chemicaletchingprocess

1.2.2thelegalsystemofplasticextrusiondie
(1)Hotstampingmethod
Hotstampingmoduleisheatedtoforgingtemperature,theuseofpre-preparedcoremoduleandtheextrusionpressureofpeopleoutofthewaytogroove.Corepartscanbeusedbyitselforpre-processingcoreexpertise.
(2)coldextrusionmethod
Extrusiondiewiththeexternalpartstoshapeforming,afterhardening,polishing,andthenincreaseinarowunderpressure,0.1~10mm/minspeedforcedtosqueezeintothesoftannealedsteelblock,thisblockinthesteeltoformthefirstcopyoftheextrusiondieconcavemodel.Thisprocesslimitedtothemostdieunderpressureandbyabout3000MPaannealedsteelyieldstrengthlimit.
(3)SuperplasticExtrusion
