V-ing形式否定形式为notdoing，具有动词和名词的性质，在句中起名词作用，可作主语、宾语、表语；定语、状语和宾语补足语，但不能单独作谓语。

2.作表语

如何写好抱怨信
技巧点拨
投诉、抱怨类的信件也是考试常常涉及到的内容，一般是当自己的正常生活受到骚扰、自己的利益受到侵害或当社会规范有失规范时，用来表达不满情绪和提出批评。
写建议信的注意事项如下：
1.所有的投诉信都有一个共同点，就是最终是要收信人解决问题，所以需要提出解决方案。
注意:
如果题目中没有给出解决方案，那么就要根据投诉内容中的不满提出自己的解决方案。
2.建议要简明扼要，语气要礼貌中肯，论述要有逻辑，合情合理，突出重点。
