Procedure

1.Therearethreestandardwaystocreateadelivery,theycanbecreateddirectlyfromthetransactionVL01Norfromoneofthedeliveryduelists.ThereareseverallistsprovidedbySAP,WestPharmaceuticalServiceshaveonlyconfiguredtwoforusebytheshippingdepartments.

TheMethodsforcreatingdeliveriesare:

∙TransactionVL01NCreateDeliveryOrderKnown

oThistransactionisusedifyouarecreatingadeliveryforaspecificorderandknowtheordernumberandrequireddeliverydates.Thisisthepreferredwaytocreatedeliveriesforreturnorders.

∙TransactionVL10ADeliveryDueListSalesOrders

oThisisthenormalwaytocreatedeliveries,thesystemwillpresentyouwithaworking（interactive）listofsalesOrders,showingthecustomerandstockinformation.ThislistisforthedeliveryofstandardordersandScheduleagreements.

∙TransactionVL10DDeliveryDueListPurchaseOrderitems

oWiththistransactionitispossibletocreatethedeliveriesforCrossCompanypurchaseorders.Itisonlypossibletocreatethesedeliveriesfromthistransaction.

Thisdocumentdoesnotshowhowtoselectbatchesormaintainanyoftheotherfieldsinthedelivery.Itonlydescribesthedeliverycreationprocess.
