Operatingprinciple工作原理

Thefollowingshowsthesimplifiedprincipleofametalsearchdetector,withanexampleofaconveyorbeltapllication.Theshapeandlookofyourapplicationmaydiffer,butthepricipleisthesame.

1.Theseekheadcreatesandevaluatesanelectromagneticfieldwiththehelpoftransmitterandreceirvercoils.

Ifthemetalisdetected,severaloutputs,dependingonyourconfiguration,canbeusedtoquerytheevents:

当测量信号的两个触发极均被超过时，则触发金属。

如果电子量测器识别出一个金属信号，可根据金属探测器的配置不同采用多个输出口来询问事件。

Beforactuatingthemetaldetectoratleastthefollowingpartsofthedevicemustbechecked:

Isthedevicedamagedanywhere?

设备是否有损伤？

Aretheelectricportsandmainsundamaged?

所有电气接头和导线是否完好无损。

Areallpneumaticsuppliesandmainsundamaged?

压缩空气接头和管道，则要检查他们是否完好无损？

Thedevicecanstartifeverythingisperfect.只有在设备处于完好无损的状态时，方可以将其投入运行。

Activateproduction-andtransportingdevice生产和传送装置投入运行

Asanextsteptheproductionandtransportingdeviceistakenintooperationwithoutloadingproducts.Inthisstatetheinfluenceofthetransportingdeviceonthemetaldetectorbecomesevident.Herealsoapplies:

Ifthereshouldbeincorrecttriggerstrytolocatethecauseofthedisturbanceandsuppressit.Forthis,taketheproductionlineinto

Operationasmentionedaboved,stepbystep.

Contrarytoperipheraldisturbancesthatoftenneedveryhigheffortstosuppresstheminthiscaseasolutionshouldbeeasilyfound.

这里也同样适用：

如果出现误触发，必须试图确定干扰源并去除干扰。

方法是如上所述将生产线一步一步投入运行。

同常常很费力才能排除的外围干扰不同，这里应总能找到解决办法。

暂时也可减小灵敏度，直到无误触发为止。

Startcompleteproductionline起动整条生产线

Nowstartthecompleteproductionline.Fortheset–up-stepyoushould,ifpossibleuseonlymetal-freeproducts.Thefurtherstepsdependsonthecurrentsituation.Iftherearemetaleventswhileametalfreeproductispassingthroughthecoil,youshouldcontinuewiththefollowingpoint,otherwiseyoumayskipthefollowingpoint.现在请你起动整条生产线，在调试阶段应尽可能只使用不带金属的产品，接下去的步骤视当时情况而定，如果在不带金属的产品经过线圈时发生触发，请继续下一点，否则你可跳过下一点。

Learnproduct学习产品

Yourproductisconductiveandthereforeinfluencesyourmetaldetectorwithoutmetalbeingexistentinyourproduct.你的产品是导电的，因此虽然产品中无金属，也会影响金属探测器。

Nowyoucanenteranamefortheproduct.Thisismostimportantifyouuseseveraldifferentproductsorproductgroupsinconnectionwiththemetaldetectiondevice.

Changeproducts更换产品

Youcansaveupto50differentproducts.Inconnectionwiththenamesensitivityandseparatingtimearesaved.Inordertoadjustsettingsforanewproduct,youhavetochangeproduct.你可储存50个不同的产品。

同产品名称一起将储存灵敏度，分离参数以及产品学习过程中的结果。

要为一个新的产品进行调节，你必须进行产品更换。

将探测线圈的CAN-Bus-Cabel和电源线与其它用电户分离。

ThecablesarepartofsearchcoilandneedtobeprotectedfromEMFI电缆是探测线圈的一部分，需要EMFI保护。
