13、 simplified principle of a metal search detector,with an example of a conveyor belt apllication.The shape and look of your application may differ, but the priciple is the same. 下图以传送带应用为例描绘金属探测设备的简化了的工作原理，您的金属探测设备的形状和外观与所示类型有可能不同，但其工作原理始终是相同的。Metal detection 金属识别1.The seek head creates and evaluates

14、 an electromagnetic field with the help of transmitter and receirver coils.金属探测器产生一个电磁场。2If a metal body enter the field,the signal indication display deflects in one direction.当一个金属进入此电磁场中，测量信号会朝一个方向偏转。3.If the metal body leaves the field ,the display deflects in the opposite direction.l当金属离开此电磁场时，

15、测量信号会朝另一个方向偏转。If both switching thresholds are reached,metal is detected.If the metal is detected ,several outputs,depending on your configuration,can be used to query the events:At least one Relay and a 24V Are available for your queries.当测量信号的两个触发极均被超过时，则触发金属。如果电子量测器识别出一个金属信号，可根据金属探测器的配置不同采用多个输出口来

16、询问事件。供询问使用的至少有一个继电器和一个24V开关输出。Actuation 投入运行Safety procedures before taking the device into operation.投入运行前的安全准备工作Befor actuating the metal detector at least the following parts of the device must be checked:在投入运行之前，至少要对设备进行以下几个方面的检查：Is the device damaged anywhere?设备是否有损伤？Are the electric ports and

17、mains undamaged?所有电气接头和导线是否完好无损。Are all pneumatic supplies and mains undamaged?压缩空气接头和管道，则要检查他们是否完好无损？The device can start if everything is perfect.只有在设备处于完好无损的状态时，方可以将其投入运行。Activate production-and transporting device 生产和传送装置投入运行As a next step the production and transporting deviceis taken into oper

18、ation without loading products.In this state the influence of the transporting device on the metal detector becomes evident.Here also applies:If there should be incorrect triggers try to locate the cause of the disturbance and suppress it .For this ,take the production line into Operation as mention

19、ed aboved,step by step.Contrary to peripheral disturbances that often need very high efforts to suppress them in this case a solution should be easily found.Tempporarily the sensitivity can be reduced until there are incorrect triggerings.See chapter AdjustmentOperating level 1Sensitivity 参见章 调节 操作面

21、further steps depends on the current situation.If there are metal events while a metal free product is passing through the coil,you should continue with the following point ,otherwise you may skip the following point.现在请你起动整条生产线，在调试阶段应尽可能只使用不带金属的产品，接下去的步骤视当时情况而定，如果在不带金属的产品经过线圈时发生触发，请继续下一点，否则你可跳过下一点。

22、Learn product 学习产品Your product is conductive and therefore influences your metal detector without metal being existent in your product.你的产品是导电的，因此虽然产品中无金属，也会影响金属探测器。Follow the instructions as in Adjustment Oprating level 2learn product manual”In order to counterbalance the product effect. 调节 操作面 2 学
