石嘴山市实验中学义务教育均衡发展汇报材料

根据《宁夏县域义务教育均衡发展督导评估实施方案的通知》（宁教督导,2012,201号）和《宁夏县域义务教育均衡发展督导评估实施方案》的有关规定，我校全面贯彻教育方针，开足开齐课程，深化教育改革，促进义务教育均衡发展，坚持办人民满意的学校。

现将我校义务教育均衡发展工作自查情况报告如下:

一、基本情况

石嘴山市实验中学成立于2009年8月，是市委、市政府为了满足人民群众对优质初中教育资源的迫切需求，破解初中大班额难题，促进义务教育健康、均衡、快速发展，新建的一所公办全日制初级中学，建校时定名为石嘴山市第五中学，2012年10月更名为石嘴山市实验中学。

学校是在原宁夏理工学院旧址基础上改扩建而成，占地面积43157平方米，建筑面积19771平方米，现有30个教学班，1399名在校生。

有教职工106名，各级各类骨干教师28名。

建校三年来，在上级各部门的关怀和领导下，在社会各界支持下，我校认真贯彻落实《义务教育法》等相关法律法规，加快学校建设步伐，特别是“两免一补”等惠民政策的落实，使九年义务教育普及工作稳步推进，取得了显著成绩。

义务教育均衡发展工作开展以来，我们依据相关指标体系，查漏补缺，及时整改，力保全校义务教育均衡发展工作全面达标。

二、义务教育均衡发展工作达标情况

（一）统筹管理

依据上级主管部门相关的会议及文件精神，我校成立了相应的领导机构并进行了合理的分工，召开了义务教育均衡发展迎验工作动员大会，安排部署各项迎评工作，解决迎接评估工作中的重大问题，稳步推进了全校迎评工作的开展，使各项工作有人管、有人查、有人抓。

（二）教育经费

上级财政部门对我校的教育投入能按有关政策拨付，并逐年提高。

认真实施义务教育绩效工资制度，教师的工资按时、足额发放。

三年来，市政府先后投入1300多万元用于维修教学楼、征地建塑胶运动场、篮球场、校园硬化、绿化、添置内部设施，使我校的硬件设施得到极大的改善。

（三）办学条件

自2009年以来，我校采取多渠道筹措资金改善办学条件。

2010年为每位班主任配备了笔记本电脑、每个教师办公室配备了2—3台办公电脑。

今年10月市政府又给我校拨付200万元专项资金专门用于完善各功能室的建设。

各功能室的设备、器材现已招标，正在采购中，全校的硬件设施基本达标。

1、教学设施:

全校校舍建筑面积达到标准，无危旧教学楼;我校新建的教学楼、实验楼和综合楼，标志、标识牌、文化牌、宣传橱窗等规范统一，校园文化氛围浓郁，且布局合理规范，“净化、绿化、美化”基本到位。

2、功能室:

学校设有图书室、师生阅览室、体育器材室、标准化理化生实验室、多媒体教室、教学微机室、音乐室、美术室、心理咨询室、教工活动室等各种教学辅助功能室，各功能室设施设备基本齐全，能较好的满足教学的需要。

学校图书室共藏图书40675余册（其中部分已招标采购），图书比1:

25.5。

3、学校建设了校园局域网，有利于现代教育资源的共享，设有两个较先进的多媒体教室，两个较先进的计算机教室（现已招标采购学生用计算机，建设第三个机房），学生用机满足了学生正常上课的需要，管理和使用情况良好，本学期开学，采购的30块电子白板已到位，现正在安装调试中。

4、普及程度:

辖区适龄儿童入学率100%，辍学率控制在了0.1,以内。

5、布局调整:

学校的建立有利于学生就近入学，有利于薄弱学科的加强，基本清除了大班额和超大班额现象，推进了教育质量的提高。

（四）加强教师队伍建设

3、加强师德师风建设。

我校十分重视师德师风建设，每学期学校都要进行师德师风专题讲座，或安排教师参加上级部门组织的优秀教师先进事迹报告会;学校开展了学生评教活动，把教师的教育教学工作和师生关系纳入教师业绩考核，通过学生评教促进教师改进工作态度、方法和提高水平。

学校领导和教师都能遵纪守法，爱岗敬业，三年来无体罚学生、违规办学、违规补课、乱收费和违法犯罪问题，

4.搭建多种平台，促进教师专业成长。

学校实施青蓝工程和名师工程，制定教师培训规划，着力开展教师队伍建设。

一是通过强化师德师风建设，教师树立了以“培养健康、快乐、智慧、有责任感、幸福的中学生”为宗旨的教育观，规范了教师从教行为。

二是建立激励机制，鼓励教师参加各级教学大赛、基本功大赛、论文大赛等，教师获奖每年均在20人次以上，辅导学生参加各种竞赛活动，每年获奖在30人次以上，以赛代训，打造优质教师队伍。

三是实施“走出去，请进来”培训策略。

积极创造机会，组织教师外出参加各种培训，三年来，组织教师到北京、上海、山东、江苏名校参观45人次，观摩省、市各学科优质课竞赛和初中毕业复习研讨会120人次，校级干部培训14人次，教研组长市级培训20人次、各级骨干教师培训38人次，“国培计划”培训105人次，英语师资培训35人次，科研课题培训10人次，参加全市校长论坛、教师论坛85人次。

同时，邀请自治区、市级专家来学校讲座培训八次，共培训210人次，通过培训，扩大了教师视野，更新了观念，丰富了教学艺术，提高了教学水平。

本学期开学，学校邀请了江苏省常州市北郊初级中学吕娟、徐颖彬两位优秀班主任作了开展班级文化建设，引领学生精神成长的专题报告并与老师座谈交流。

四是做好教师继续教育全员培训，按照上级培训部门的要求，每年组织全体教师及时参加各种业务培训，及时学习新的教育理念、方法。

五是认真组织教师参加网络教研、培训活动。

每年组织教师参加市级、自治区级网上教学设计比赛;全体教师参加了“英特尔”未来教育培训，成绩全部合格;三年来90%的教师参加了“国培计划”远程培训，成绩全部合格。
