检验方法:
1.检验环境:
光照度500~~1000lux﹐目视
2.眼睛与被检测物体距离30cm(Logo和Label距离45cm),目检方向与检测物体呈90度直视,而后再以上、下、左、右各15度再检测一次。
3.检测时间﹕10s(Logo和Label3-5S)。

Inspectiondistance:
30cm(LogoandLabelis45cm),Partswillbeviewedinitiallyat90orperpendiculartothesurfacebeinginspected.Thepartsshouldthenberotated15-degreesinfourdirections(right,left,upanddown)todetectdefectsnotdiscoveredintheinitialviewing.
Inspectiontime:
10sec(LogoandLabelis3~5sec.)

3.Logo和Label
(1.)不可辨认的logo&label都是不可接受的。
(2.)印刷不良:
a.色差﹑刻痕﹑漏印﹑锯齿在Logo上都是不可接受。
b.漏印在Label上是不可接受的﹐刻痕及锯齿最多可接受一个不良。
(3.)角度歪斜不可超过5度
