ThefollowingtextisproposedtoreplacethecurrentstructureforSection11.1.Thissectionisbeingrestructuredinsuchawaytohighlightmin/default/maxvaluesforvariousparameters,timers,constants,messagefields/IEsfoundthroughouttheMAC,Security,Coexistence,CognitiveRadioCapabilities,andPHY.ThesevalueswillbeusedtobuildMIBsthroughouttheSponsorBallotprocess.

InSection11.1.5,thatdescribesCognitiveRadioCapabilityparameters,afewparametersarehighlightedingreen.Thegreentexthighlightsparametersthatwerepulledfromtheexistingtable（272）inD5,thatdon’tcorrespondtotimers/parametersprovidedbytheCognitiveRadioCapabilityad-hocchair.

NewTimer（Txx）numberingisprovidedthatcanbeusedtoupdatefiguresinotherpartsofthedraft.
