Abstract:

Theresponsibilitycostmanagementisabusinessmanagementimportantcomponent,isreducesthecosttoraisetheeconomicefficiencytheadvancedmanagement,strengthenstheenterprisemarketcompetitiveness,maintainstheenterprisecontinually,stable,thehealthydevelopmentefficientpath.Inrecentyears,manyenterprisesdevotedtothecostmanagementmeansresearchandtheexploration,summarizedintheworkingpracticetheconstructionenterprisecarriedonthecostcontrolasetofeffectiveoperationalmechanismandthemethod,aftertheimplementation,hasreceivedthetangibleeffect.Itsactualcontentandtheoperatingprocedurebriefintroductionisasfollows.
