●经纱张力调节装置

Warptensionadjustmentdevice

浆槽配备一套经纱张力调节装置,用于控制纱线退绕张力,有张力指示.并通过张力传感器反馈给控制轴架退绕张力的两只比例阀,实现在线控制.具有手动和自动控制功能.

●浆槽结构:

Troughstructure

浆槽机架为钢板结构,外罩不锈钢罩壳,两侧有可开启的门.上侧为一整体盖板,可拆卸便于上浆辊的维护.浆槽采用双层不锈钢制作,主浆槽和辅助浆槽联成一体,辅助浆槽靠轴架一侧.

蒸汽直接加热,加热管采用不锈钢材料,浆槽配备一组浆液温度自动控制系统.

Steamheatdirectly,heatingtubeismadeofstainlesssteel;troughisequippedwithslurrytemperaturecontrolsystem.

浆槽前方进浆,瀑布式溢流口回浆,浆液循环采用不锈钢浆泵,由1.1kw的电机驱动.辅助浆槽的液面可自动控制,并具有自动补充浆液功能.
