TheElectricalpowersupplyfortheSTPshallbederivedat11kV,3phase,50HzfromtheKPTCL/BESCOM’ssubstation,locatedwithinthesamepremises.TheKPTCL/BESCOMwillbemakingnecessarymodificationintheirsubstationbyaddingextra11kVSwitchgears,Laying11kVundergroundcableuptotheDoublePolestructureinnewSTPlocation.Necessarydoublepolestructure,lightningarrestors,11kVIsolators,CT’s,PT’s,interconnectingcablefromdoublepolestructuretometeringunitandthemeteringunitwillbeprovidedbyKPTCL/BESCOM.ThisworkwillbeexecutedbyKPTCL/BESCOM,theprovisionalsumwhichisrequiredtoexecutetheworkwillbepaiddirectlytoKPTCL/BESCOM.TheContractor’sscopeincludeslaisoningwithKPTCL/BESCOMforgettingconstructionpowersupply,makingnewpowersupplyagreementfortheplantandgettingfinalclearancefromCEIGforallElectricalsystem.
