1.2jobdefinition

Operatespecialmachineryandequipment,carryoutmetalandnonmetalpipeprocessingandpipinginstallation,debugging,maintenanceandrepairpersonnel.

1.3occupationlevel

Theoccupationisdividedintofivegrades,respectively:

primary（nationaloccupationqualificationlevelfive）,intermediate（nationaloccupationqualificationlevelFour）andsenior（nationaloccupationqualificationlevelthree）,technicians（nationaloccupationqualificationleveltwo）,seniortechnician（nationaloccupationqualificationlevel）.

1.4occupationalenvironment

Indoorandoutdoor,roomtemperature.

1.5professionalabilitycharacteristics

Haveacertainabilitytolearn,astrongsenseofspaceandcomputingability,accurateanalysis,reasoningandjudgmentability,flexiblefingersandarms.

1.6basiceducationallevel

Juniorhighschoolgraduation.

1.7trainingrequirements

1.7.1trainingperiod

Fulltimevocationalschooleducationshallbedeterminedinaccordancewithitstrainingobjectivesandteachingplans.Promotiontrainingperiod:

primarylevelisnotlessthan180standardclasshour;intermediateisnotlessthan200standardclasshour;advancednotlessthan250standardclasshour;techniciannotlessthan210standardclasshour;seniortechniciannotlessthan210standardclasshour.

1.7.2trainsteachers

Thetrainingofelementaryandintermediateteachersshouldhavetheoccupationhighabovetheoccupationqualificationcertificate;thetrainingofseniorteachersshouldhavethequalificationsabovetheoccupationoccupationqualificationcertificateorrelatedprofessionaltechnicians,mid-levelprofessionalandtechnicalpositions;trainingtechnicians,teachersshouldhavetheoccupationseniortechnicianvocationalqualificationcertificateofqualificationformorethan2yearsorrelevantprofessionalintermediateprofessionalandtechnicaljobtraining;seniortechnicianoftheteachersshouldhavetheoccupationoccupationqualificationcertificateofqualificationofseniortechnicians,morethan3yearsorrelevantprofessionalseniorprofessionalandtechnicalpositions.

1.7.3trainingsiteequipment

Standardclassroomsandskillstrainingplaceswiththenecessaryequipment.

1.8identificationrequirements

1.8.1thepersonengagedinorpreparingfortheprofession.

1.8.2conditionsofdeclaration

Junior（withoneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）thenumberofhoursstipulatedintheregularprimarytrainingofthisprofessionandthecertificateofcompletion（termination）.

（2）continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan2years.

（3）theApprenticeshipofthisprofessionexpires.

-Intermediate（oneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）afterobtainingthejuniorvocationalqualificationcertificateoftheprofession,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan2years,throughthenormaltrainingofthisprofession,uptothestandardnumberofhours,andobtainthecertificateofcompletion（termination）.

（2）afterobtainingthejuniorvocationalqualificationcertificate,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan3years.

（3）continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan6years.

（4）obtainthevocational（Professional）graduationcertificateofthesecondaryvocationalschoolabovetheintermediatelevel,whichhasbeenexaminedandapprovedbytheadministrativedepartmentforlaborandsocialsecurityforthepurposeoftraining.

-Senior（withoneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）afterobtainingtheintermediatevocationalqualificationcertificateofthisprofession,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan3years,andthroughtheprofessionalformaltrainingofthevocationalschool,thestandardhoursandthecertificateofgraduation（certificate）shallbeobtained.

（2）afterobtainingtheintermediateprofessionalqualificationcertificateoftheprofession,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan4years.

（3）thevocational（Professional）Diplomaobtainedbyseniortechnicalschoolsorhighervocationalschoolswhichhavebeenexaminedandapprovedbytheadministrativedepartmentsforlaborsecurityandwithadvancedskillsasthetrainingtarget.

-Technician（withoneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）afterobtainingtheseniorvocationalqualificationcertificateoftheprofession,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan3years,throughtheprofessionaltechniciansformaltraining,uptothestandardnumberofhours,andobtainBi（knot）certificate.

（2）afterobtainingthevocationalqualificationcertificate,continuouslyengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan4years.

（3）graduatesofseniortechnicalschoolswhohaveobtainedvocationalqualificationcertificateshavebeenengagedinthisprofessionformorethan3years.

Seniortechnician（oneofthefollowingconditions）

（1）afterobtainingtheprofessionalqualificationcertificateoftheprofessionaltechnician,hehasbeenengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan5years,

Aftertheformaltrainingofseniortechniciansinthisprofession,thenumberofhoursstipulatedandthecertificateofgraduation（knot）shallbeobtained.

（2）afterobtainingtheprofessionalqualificationcertificateoftheprofessionaltechnician,hehasbeenengagedintheprofessionalworkformorethan5years.

1.8.3identificationmethod

Itisdividedintotheoreticalknowledgeexaminationandskilloperationexamination.Thetheoryknowledgeexaminationadoptstheclosedwrittenexaminationmethod,andtheskilloperationexaminationadoptstheactualoperationmethod.Theoreticalknowledge,examinationandskills,operationalassessmentareimplementedhundredpoints,theresultsareupto60pointsormorequalified.Technicians,seniortechniciansmustalsoconductacomprehensivereview.

1.8.4evaluationstaffandcandidatesratio

Theoreticalknowledgeexaminationexaminationpersonnelandexamineeratiois1:

20,eachstandardclassroomnotlessthan2assessmentpersonnel;skillsoperationassessment,evaluationandcandidatesratioisl:

5,andnotlessthan3assessors.

1.8.5identificationtime

Theoreticalknowledge,examinationtimeis120min,skills,operation,assessmenttimeofnotlessthan240min.
