Directcurrentgeneratorisagood,brakingperformance,appropriateinabroadercontext,smoothmechanics,rollingmill,minehoist,excavator,marinerigs,metalcuttingmachinetools,paperplanes,suchastheneedforhigh-performancehigh-liftelectricityfeesControllableareasreceivedwidespreadapplication.Inrecentyears,exchangesgovernorsystemdevelopedrapidly,butdirectcurrentfeessystemintheoryandpracticearerelativelymature,andfromthefeedbackloopcontrolperspective,itistheexchangecontrolsystembasedfees,sodirectcurrentgovernorsystemintheproductionandlivingandplayavitalrole.DCgovernorsystem,inparticularthedouble-loopDCgovernorsystemisthemostwidelyusedindustrialproductionprocesselectricaltransmissiondevicesone.Widelyusedinsteelrollingmachines,metallurgy,printing,metalcuttingmachinetools,andmanyotherareasofautomaticcontrolsystem.Itisusuallyusedthree-phasefullcontrolofthebridgecommutationcircuitsforpowerelectricmotorstocontroltherotationalspeedofelectricmotors,thetraditionalcontrolsystemsusinganalogcomponents,suchastransistors,variouslinearcircuitoperation,althoughtosomeextenttomeetproductionrequirements,butbecauseofagingcomponentsandeasytouse,arevulnerableintheoutsideinterferenceeffects,andcomplexcircuits,overallpoorcontrolresultsbydeviceperformance,temperatureandotherfactors,therebycausingtheoperationofthesystemcharacteristicsalsochangeaccordingly,theoperatingsystemreliabilityandaccuracycannotbeguaranteed,eveninaccidents.

Double-loopsystemintegralDCgovernor

Rotationalspeed,thecurrenttwo-loopsystemstheorygovernorfigure2-1.Bytheplanshowsthatthesystemhastwofeedbackcircuit,a2loopcircuit(socalleddouble-loop).OneisthecurrentregulatorLtandcurrenttesting-thecurrentpartofafeedbacklink,andanotherbythespeedregulatorStrotationalspeeddetection-afeedbacklinkspeedlink.AspartoftheCentralbuildingscurrents,thecurrentsthatthreatenedtoCentral(boysDeputyCentral),saidspeedlinktocry(thatthemainpart).Inthecircuit,astringStandLtlevelconnectivityfromStto"drive"Lt,andthenfrom"Lt"tothe"control"triggercircuit.Chartspeedregulatorandcurrentregulatorareproportionalplusintegral(PI)regulator,theimportandexportofalimitedDeputycurrentsarelocated.Rotationalspeedlinkcalledcurrentrapidchangeinresponsetorotationalspeed,andcurrentsarerequiredtomaintaincurrentCentralunchanged.Thisperformancewillbedetrimentaltocurrentchangesinresponsetorotationalspeed,thebettertocalmcharactersoftenMomentum.Butaspartofadedicatedrotationalspeed,currentroleonlyapartofarotationalspeedofinternaldisturbances.Central,nottheleadingrole.Asapartoftherotationalspeedlinkenlargedmultiplelargeenough,thelaststillrelyingonthescoringSt.Eliminaterotationalspeeddeviations.Double-loopmechanicalgovernorsystemfeaturesAsforStPiregulator,thesystemwasnotverybad,repeatableerrorsmall,thegeneralsaid,mostlyTomeetproductionrequirements.Itsmechanicalpropertiessimilartoahorizontalline,asshowninfigure2-2a.Whenelectricmotorsseriousoverload,andwhenI>I,thecurrentregulatorwouldexportfairingVoltagesignificantlyreduced,whichlimitsthecurrentcontinuedtogrow,ontheotherhandwillrotationalspeedrapidlyinaverysteepthedroopcharacteristicsfigure2-2b.

DCmechanicsofthedigitalsystem

Withmicroelectronictechnology,microprocessorsandcomputersoftwaredevelopmentforthecontrolofthegovernorthroughavarietyoffunctionsinalmostallmicroprocessors,theuseofsoftwaretoachieve.Fromthepasttocontrolthesimulationmodelling-controlleddigitalmixeddevelopment,thefinalrealizationoftheentiredigital.Indigitalsystems,withtheexceptionofthegovernorofconventionalfunctions,butalsoafailurewarning,diagnosisandshows,andotherfunctions,anddigitalsystemsusuallyhavestrongcommunicationcapabilities,throughmatchingappropriatecommunicationsinterfacetemplatescaneasilyachievethemainstation(asmentionedlevelPlcorcomputersystem)andfromstations(singlehanded,DCtransmissioncontroldevices),thenumberofdigitalcommunications,multi-aircraftformationautomatedclassificationsystem.Foreasydebugging,digitalsystemssoftware,thegeneraldesignofaregulatorparametersoptimizedautomation,optimizationthroughaprocesstoachieveanexcellentandtheautomaticidentificationsystemdynamicsparameters,andtheachievementofidentity,suchasdirectcurrentgeneratormagnetizationcurveautomatictesthelpstoshortenthedebuggingtimeandimprovecontrolperformance.Someforeigncompanieshavearangeofelectricaladjustmentsystemwithsimulationcorrespondstotheall-digital,DCmechanicsdeviceproductsfortheselectionanddevelopmentofnewgovernoralmostentirelydigitalsystem.Andsimulationsystemssimilar,all-digitalsystemdevelopedforthecompactstyleandmechanicsofmodulartwobroadcategories.However,all-digitalsimulationofagovernororgovernorsystemincomparableadvantagesofthesystem,moreadvancedtechnology,easytooperate.Governorsystemandthedigitalsystemsimulationgovernorcomparedtechnicalperformancefollowingadvantages:
