编者注：

《施工合同条件》（新红皮书）的全称是：

由业主设计的房屋和工程施工合同条件

（ConditionsofContractforConstructionforBuildingandEngineeringWorksDesigned

bytheEmployer）;该文件推荐用于有雇主或其代表工程师设计的建筑或工程

项目，主要用于单价合同。

在这种合同形式下，通常由工程师负责监理，由承包商按照雇主

提供的设计施工，但也可以包含由承包商设计的土木、机械、电气和构筑物的某些部分

施工合同条件（ConditionofContractforConstruction，简称新红皮书”新红皮书

与原红皮书相对应，但其名称改变后合同的适用范围更大。

该合同主要用于由业主设计的或

由咨询工程师设计的房屋建筑工程（BuildingWorks）和土木工程（EngineeringWorks）。
