1Generalprovisions

1.0.1Thistechnicalspecificationiscompiledforconstructionofwatertreatmentandhydrogengenerationequipment.

1.0.2Thispartapplytonew-build,extensionandrebuildwatertreatmentandhydrogengenerationequipmentandsystemof1000MWandunder1000MWthermalpowerplant,cyclegas-steamturbineunits,conventionalislandofnuclearpowerstationandBOPsystem.

1.0.3Watertreatmentandhydrogengenerationequipmentandsystemconstructionmeetthepartandrelevantprovisionsofnationalstandardsandcurrentstandards.

 

2Terms

2.0.1Waterpretreatment

Processingwaterbyprecipitation,coagulationandclarification.

2.0.2Clarification

Producewaterwithlittleparticlesbyprecipitationofsuspendedparticlesinlargetank.

2.0.3Filtration

Removeparticlesbypassingfitterstrainer.

2.0.4Ultrafiltration

Ultrafiltrationisinbetweenmicrofiltrationandnanofiltration.Thetypesincludevacuumandpressure.

2.0.5Microfiltration

Microfiltrationisinbetweengeneralfilterandultrafiltration,filteringrecisionbetween0.1μmand1.0μm.

2.0.6Reverseosmosis

Wedoforciblyhigherthantheosmoticpressureofthesolutionatthesideofthemembrane,thatisthesideofrawwater,allowingwaterandsomecomponentsselectivetransmission,andothermaterialcan'tthroughthemembrane.

2.0.7Recycledwater

Wastewatercanbeusedafterpropertreatment,ofwhichqualityisinaccordancewithstandard.

2.0.8Wastewater

Thewaterdischargedwhichfrompowerplant,thewatercanbeusedaftertreatment.

2.0.9Tightnesstestwithvacuumbox

Themethodofcheckingleakforweldingofwatertankbaseplatewithvacuumbox.

2.0.10Lowtemperaturemulti-effectdistillationunit(LT-MED)

UsethespraAniongtechnologyoflowtemperaturehorizontaltubefordistillation,ofwhichmaximumtemperatureofsaltwaterlessthan70℃.

2.0.11Desalination

Theprocessofremovingthesaltinthewater,desaltedwatercanbeusedofdrinkingwater,productionwatersupplyandcoolingwater.

2.0.12Electrodeionization

Inthefreshwatercompartmentofelectrodialyzerfillinganionandcationmixedionexchangeresin,combiningelectrodialysisandionexchange,removeioninwater,makeuseofpolarizationphenomenonintheprocessofelectrodialysis,doelectrochemicalregenerationforionexchangeresin.

2.0.13Ionexchange

Theprocessofsomeanionorcationinwaterthroughthefilterbed.

2.0.14Perforated-steelandplasticcompositepipe

Perforated-steelandplasticcompositepipeisreinforcementofporoussheetsteelpipethroughhydrogenarcwelding.Anewcompositepipeoftwo-sidedcompositethermoplasticplastics.

2.0.15Electricalfusionbellandspigotconnection

Aconnectionmethodthatconnectedpipeinsertedintomuzzlebellandcontactareaofmuzzlebelltogetherbyfusionwelding,makeuseofGreatheatproducedbyelectricalheatingelementinsertedintoinnerwallofmuzzlebellwithelectricity.

2.0.16Stainlesssteellinedcompositesteelpipe

Adoptingcompoundtechnology,steelpipeusedforfluidtransport,suchasweldedpipe,seamlesspipe,ect,theirinnerwallliningwithstainlesssteelanticorrosivelayer,whichmakeupCompositestructurewallpipe.

2.0.17Electrolysisthesaltsolution

ElectrolysisIndustrialsodiumchloridesolution,ChemicalMethodsthatproducesodiumhypochloriteandchlorine.

 

3Basicrequirement

3.1GeneralRequirement

Thepartincludetherequirementsofwatertreatmentandhydrogengenerationequipmentandsystem,involvesmechanicalinstallation,pipeinstallation,weldingconstruction,monitoringinstrumentandprogrammedcontrolect,itshouldmeettherelevantprovisionsofnationalstandardsandcurrentstandards.

Themainequipmentmanufacturersshouldhavemanufacturinglicenceissuedbystate,province(autonomousregion),Direct-controlledmunicipalityorthestateadministrativesupervisionandadministrationdepartment.Qualityacceptanceofequipmentmanufactureonthebasisofthecurrentrelevantstandardsofthestateorindustry,ifnorulers,inaccordancewiththecontract.

Allkindsofequipmentconstructionaccordingtorequirementsofdesignandtechnicaldocumentationoftheproduct.Tomodifythedesignorusealternativeequipmentsorthematerials,itshouldbeapprovedbydesignedunits,supervisorandconstructionunits,andthanitcanbeimplemented.

Non-standardequipmentconstructionwhichisnotincludedinthispartshallbeinaccordancewiththecontractagreementordesignrequirements.Forimportedequipment,weshouldformulatetechnicalmeasuresforconstructionaccordingtothecontractagreementorrelevanttechnicalrequirements.

Orderingcompletesetofdevicesshouldsigntechnicalagreementandacceptanceasanattachmentofthecontractandthebasisofconstructionacceptance.

ThereareSupervisionandinspectionreportsbeforeinstallingcompletesetofdevices.

3.1.7Liquidlevelmeasurementandanalysismeterinstallationafterrinsthesystemandcleanandqualified.

Drainagepipelineofthecontainershouldbearrangedinthetrench,itsdirectionshouldbethesamewithdraindirections.

3.1.9Dosingroomshouldbeequippedwiththerinsewater.

3.1.10StoringorconveAniongequipmentfora
