20、ipment and system, involves mechanical installation,pipe installation,welding construction, monitoring instrument and programmed control ect, it should meet the relevant provisions of national standards and current standards. The main equipment manufacturers should have manufacturing licence issued
21、by state, province(autonomous region), Direct-controlled municipality or the state administrative supervision and administration department. Quality acceptance of equipment manufacture on the basis of the current relevant standards of the state or industry, if no rulers, in accordance with the contr
22、act. All kinds of equipment construction according to requirements of design and technical documentation of the product. To modify the design or use alternative equipments or the materials, it should be approved by designed units, supervisor and construction units, and than it can be implemented. No
23、n-standard equipment construction which is not included in this part shall be in accordance with the contract agreement or design requirements. For imported equipment, we should formulate technical measures for construction according to the contract agreement or relevant technical requirements. Orde
24、ring complete set of devices should sign technical agreement and acceptance as an attachment of the contract and the basis of construction acceptance. There are Supervision and inspection reports before installing complete set of devices.3.1.7 Liquid level measurement and analysis meter installation after rins the system and clean and qualified.
