5partbshallberesponsibleforthetrainingofpartastehnilpersonnelinpartbsrelevantfailitiesandalsodoitsbesttoenablepartastehnialpersonneltomasterthepatentedtehnplogoftheaforesaidontratprodutshallbealuatedintermsofnetsellingprieaftertheontratprodutsaresoldinthisear，theontratprodutshihnotsoldshallnotbeinluded.

3.4thereportofthesellingquantit，netsellingamountoftheontratprodutsandroalthihshouldbepaidinlastearshallbesubmittedtopartbinrittenformbpartaithin10dasafterthedateofsettlingaountstoroalt.thespeifimethodshihalulatenetsellingamountandroaltaredetailedinappendix3totheontrat.
