1.Introduction

1.1Purpose

InordertobecompetitiveintheUSBrokeragemarket,B&Dfeelsthatitneedstobeabletooffer

it'sexistingandfutureclientstheopportunitytotradeUSequitiesonline.Thisproject'sgoalis

provideabasiconlinetradingWebsite（whichcanbeenhancedinthefuture）ASAP.

Note,ThisdocumentisbasedoftheIEEE830standardforSoftwarerequirementsanddescribes

thedesiredproduct,butdoesnotattempttospecifythedetailsofwhen,whoorhowmuchthe

productwillbebuilt,thisinformationiscoveredinthecorrespondingprojectplanning

documentation.
