Abstract
Teachers'jobburnoutisasocialissueofcommonconcerntothecurrent.Todescribeteachersduetolong-termworkpressurenoteffectivelyeasethementalandphysicalexhaustion,workability,workenthusiasmislost,increasinglyindifferenttoothers,lowjobsatisfactionaseriesofnegativesymptoms.Thisresearchresultstosomeextent,enrichedthetheoryofteachers'occupationaltiredness,providesthesupportaboutteachers'jobburnoutempiricalresearch.Inpractice,toreduce,eliminateandpreventteachers'jobburnoutprovidesoperationalstrongerrecommendations.

1Introduction
Jobburnout(Jobburnout)wasfirstbytheUnitedStates,aclinicalpsychologistinNewYork,deng's(FreidanBerger)in2007inthejournaloccupationalpsychology,asthestudysubject,bywidespreadattentionaroundtheworld.Thestudyfoundthatinthe80sjobburnoutisnotonlyaquestionofresearchtopic,alsoiseveryonemustfacetheproblem.Thisisbecauseofthejobburnout,individuals,families,organizationsandsocietyattheexpenseofconsiderable.Inrecentyears,theproblemofteachers'occupationaltirednesshasbecomemoreandmorearousedpeople'sconcern.ColumbiaUniversityteacherscollege,aprofessorofpsychologyandeducationprofessionalBarryFarber,teachers'jobburnoutiscalled"thecrisisineducation.In2009,AmericaneducationAssociation(NationalEducationalAssociation;NEA)jobburnoutaseducationconventioncentre.Afamouspsychologistpiagetallproductiveworkmusttakesomeinterestasaprerequisitefor",baconalsooncesaid"interestisthebestteacher".Theworkingeffectofhighqualitymustworkwithfullenthusiasmandpotentialinterestinthepremiseof.However,withthedevelopmentofthesociety,jobburnoutasanew"disease",areaffectingthequalityofwork,itresultsinthedecreaseofworkenthusiasm,thelossofinterestinwork,andisplaguedbythegeneralpractitioners

2.1Theconcept
Somepeoplethinkthatjobburnoutisworkingtoomuchload.Kratosthinkthatjobburnoutreferstothoseservicesinhelpingpeopletoworkbecauseoftoomuchworktimeistoolong,highstrength,andignoretheirownindividualneedscausedbyastateofexhaustion.Alsosomescholarsbelievethatjobburnoutisgraduallyintheprocessofworkalienationandchange.Beth(Blas)think,inthelongterm,underthepressureoftheindividualintheworkplacecouldstarttoproducetheshrinkingorwouldnotinvolvedinthework,thefinaldevelopmentleadstothephysical,emotionalandattitudeofdepletion,namelytheformationofburnout.
Somearguethatjobburnoutisamentalandphysicalfatigue,haggard,aseriesofsymptoms.MarlapoetryandJacksonsaidto"person"astheobjectofworkworkers,oftenfacessomeuncertainty,andoftenemotionalengagementontheparties,sotheirmoodandenergytobecomeexhausted,tired,exhaustionofbodyandmindandaseriesofsymptoms.Thisdefinitionwasstudiedanddiscussedalotofexperts.
Innumerousliteratures,MarlaisthemostwidelyquoteddefinitionofpoetryandJackson,jobburnoutrefersto"intheprofessionwiththepersonoftheserviceobject,theindividualofakindofemotionalexhaustion,topersonalized(depersonalizationordehumanizing,namelyandresults(lowpersonalaccomplishment)symptoms.Thefeelingof"emotionalexhaustionisreferstotheindividual'semotionalresourceexcessiveconsumption,theemotionisinastateofextremefatigue,workenthusiasmfully;topersonalizedreferstoindividualsinanegative,negative,todistancehimselffromthecold,excessivenegativeattitudetowardstheserviceobject;effectivesensereferstotheindividualfeelingofcompetenceandjobsatisfactiondecline,negativeevaluationofthetendencyofthemeaningandvalueofmyownwork.

"Stress"istheresultofphysicsterms,referstothepressure,loadonengineeringandarchitecture,thenuseespeciallyinthehumanhardshipandadversity.Themiddleofthe19thcenturybegantostressusedinthefieldofbiologyandpsychology.Itgenerallyreferstothebodytotheinsideandoutsideenvironmentofnonspecificreactionofvariouskindsofstimulus.Jobstressisaconceptrelatedtojobburnout,thedifferenceismainlyinthefollowingthreeaspects:
