XTV概述Overview

XTV系列工业电视监视系统是电站锅炉、工业锅炉、油和煤粉燃烧装置、水位等运行工况监视的关键设备。

该系统能直观的反映出运行工况的实际状况，为运行人员调整运行参数提供参考。

系统按其观察对象分为炉膛工业电视监视系统、水位工业电视监视系统、工业电视监视系统三类。

XTV-1炉膛工业电视监视系统FurnaceIndustrialTVMonitoringSystem

由高温摄像探头、传送电缆、监视器、冷却风系统、伸缩机构和就地控制箱等组成，是电站锅炉等大型设备燃烧工况的重要监视设备。

工作时，安装耐高温保护管的摄像探头在冷却风的保护下，由伸缩机构送入炉膛，观察炉内的燃烧工况，并将信号通过传输电缆送出，运行人员可通过控制室内的显示屏直观地监视炉膛内点火、正常燃烧和熄火等工作状态。

本系统具有联锁保护功能，当冷却风系统出现故障时，可自动将摄像探头退出炉膛以保护探头组件。

XTV-1炉膛工业电视监视系统具有如下特点FeaturesofXTV-1：

1）该系统的成像镜头组由特种光学材料制成，部分镜头材料结构件由特种耐高温陶瓷制成，从而保证摄像探头能够在1800℃以下的温度环境下连续工作，保证了系统的高投入率。

XTV-2水位工业电视监视系统XTV-2WaterLevelIndustrialTVMonitoringSystem

XTV-2型工业电视系统可对各种锅炉就地直读式水位计进行监视，它能将汽包水位的图像直接送入集控室，为锅炉运行人员准确操作提供可靠依据。

XTV-2型工业电视系统也可对锅炉炉膛进行外部监视，如实反映炉膛内部火焰燃烧情况。

该系统有两种配置方案，其中XTV-21型为一头一尾配置，即系统配置一台摄像机和一台监视器，用于监视汽包一侧的水位计；XTV-22型为二头一尾配置，即系统配置二台摄像机和一台监视器，用于监视一个汽包两侧的水位计或两个汽包各一侧的水位计，两路视频信号通过切换控制器处理后，显示在同一台监视器上。

典型的电视监控系统主要由前端设备和后端设备这两大部分组成，其中后端设备可进一步分为中心控制设备和分控制设备。

前、后端设备有多种构成方式，它们之间的联系（也可称作传输系统）可通过电缆、光纤或微波等多种方式来实现。
