大学生英语学习动机因素分析
摘要
目前,无论是国内还是国外,一个学生的学习动机在其学习过程中都扮演着重要的角色。
有众多的教育研究者强调,学习动机在外语教学中的重要性并且也对其进行了相关探讨。
其中学习动机的影响因素对于促进与培养学生有一个良好的学习动机又至关重要。
而在学生学习外语的过程中,教师与父母都扮演者重要的角色。
如果各影响因素发挥了积极的作用,则一个学生就会有很强而又良好的学习动机,同时促使学生在学业上取得优异的成绩。
因此,我们会有此疑问:
学习动机的影响因素是什么?
什么措施能够加强学生的学习动机呢?
在此,本文会通过以下几个方面进行阐述:
首先,会对学习动机的含义及分类进行相关介绍。
其次,也会对其内外影响因素进行论述。
最后,本文会给予相关可行性建议从而知道如何以及从哪一方面去强化学生的学习动机。

Abstract
ItisgenerallyknownthatthelearningmotivationisplayingasignificantroleintheprocessofEnglishlearning.Manylanguageresearchersemphasistheimportanceoflearningmotivationandstudyit.Theinfluencingfactorsoflearningmotivationarequiteimportantforstimulatingstudents’learningmotivation.Ifstudentshaveapositivelearningmotivation,tosomeextent,theywillmakeagreatachievementintheiracademy.Sotherearesomeimportantquestions,suchas“whatareinfluencingfactorsoflearningmotivation”and“whatareeffectivemeasurestopreventstudentsfromlackingoflearningmotivation”Thispaperwilldiscussthefollowingmaincontents:
firstly,itwillintroducethedefinitionandclassificationoflearningmotivationtomakereadersgettingfamiliarwiththelearningmotivation.Secondly,itwilldiscusstheinfluencingfactorsofEnglishlearningmotivationincludinginternalfactorsandexternalfactors.Thirdly,itwillprovidesomeeffectivemeasuresofimprovingstudents’learningmotivation.TheaimofthispaperisfindingthereasonsforstudentswhoarelackingofthelearningmotivationbydiscusstheinfluencingfactorsofEnglishlearningmotivationtoreinforcestudents’learningmotivationandpromotetheeducationresearchers’work.

1Introduction
WitharapiddevelopmentofChina’seconomyandinternationalexchangesandcooperation,Englishisplayinganincreasinglyimportantroleinworkingandstudyingthanbefore.Itisanecessarytaskforustolearntheforeignlanguage.However,learningaforeignlanguageisacomplexprocess.Itnotonlyinvolvesthepronunciation,vocabularyandgrammarbutalsoinvolvesthelearnersthemselves.Therearemanyfactorsinfluencinglanguagelearners’successorfailureinforeignlanguagelearning,suchaslanguagelearners’attitudes,goal-setting,attributionself-efficacy,aptitude,motivationandpreferences.Ofallthesefactors,whetherthelinguistsathomeandabroadorlanguageteacherswilllistlearners’motivationhighuponotherlists.Ifsomeonehasapositivelearningmotivation,hewilltryhimbesttoachieveit,andhewillenjoythelearningprocessduringthetimespent.SoitisimportanttoemphasizeontheEnglishlearningmotivation.
Inconclusion,itisnecessaryforustohaveapositivelearningmotivation.Soitisalsoimportantforustolearntheinfluencingfactorsoflearningmotivationwhichinfluencethelearningqualityandeffects.
1.1ResearchBackground
Inrecentyears,becausetheEnglishisanimportanttoolofinternationalcommunication,lotsofpeoplearelearningitasasecondofforeignlanguageotherthanthemothertongue.However,learningtheforeignlanguageisadifficulttask,especiallyforcollegestudentsintheforeignlanguagelearningcontext.ThisisthecurrentsituationofstudentsthattheymustlearntheEnglishinthecontextwheretheyhavefewopportunitiestospeakitindailylives.Itisnecessaryforthemtoworkhardandgraspthelearningskillstoimprovetheirlanguageproficiency.HowtohelpstudentstolearnEnglishmoreeasilyandefficientlythanbefore?
Thereismuchlinguisticshomeandabroadwhohavedonealotoftheoreticalworkandhavefoundtheidealteachingmethods,suchasCognitiveApproach,CommunicativeApproachandsoon.Besides,theresearchershavealsotriedbesttoexploretheimportantroleoflearningmotivation,buttheresultsofimprovingstudents’learningproficiencyisnotverysatisfactory.Therefore,itisimportantforresearcherstomakethefurtherexploringtoimprovestudents’learningmotivation.

1.3ResearchSignificance
ThefindingsofthisresearchwillbenefitEnglishteachingandEnglishlearning.Thatistosay,theteachersandthestudentsbothcanbenefitalotfromthisresearchpaper.Thispaperfocusesontheinfluencingfactorsandeffectivemeasuresoflearningmotivation,somanynewfindingscanbegotfromtheresearchforteachers’Englishteaching.ItcanhelpthemtoadopttheappropriateteachingmethodtoinstructtheirclassandgetsomenewideasabouttheirEnglishteaching.What’smore,itcanmakeupfortheformerresearchgapandenrichtheresearchknowledgeontheforeignlanguagelearningmotivation.Thispaperalsoemphasizestheimportantroleoflearningmotivation,soitcanhelpstudentstoknowtheimportanceofformingthepositiveEnglishinnerlearningmotivationandhelpthemtoknowwhatistheaspectsthattheyshouldpayattentiontoinordertoenhancetheirEnglishlearningmotivation.
2GeneralDescriptionofLearningMotivation

2.1TheDefinitionofLearningMotivation

2.2TheClassificationofLearningMotivation
Therearemanyclassificationsoflearningmotivationbyvariouspeople.Bytheirdescriptionsandexplains,wecanbetterunderstandhowtocultivatethemotivatedstudentsfromdifferentaspects.Itincludesintrinsicmotivationandextrinsicmotivation,integrativemotivationandinstrumentalmotivation,globalmotivation,taskmotivationandsituationalmotivationwhicharemorefamous.Intheselearningmotivations,itcanhelpstudentstosetupanappropriatelearningmotivationaccordingtothedifferentsituatio
