能灵活运用"Howtallareyou?
"并能准确用I'm__metrestall.回答，区分运用talland taller,shortandshorter. 会用I`mtallerthan___,____isthetallest造句。

【设计意图】教师和学生自我评价体现了以学生为主体的教学评价理念，让学生在评价中了解自己掌握了多少知识，并查漏补缺，建立自信，感受成功。
六教学效果预测：
本节课内容多，任务量大，需在反复练习"Howtallareyou?
I'm__metrestall."的基础上，能区分使用"tallandtaller","shortandshorter"，我又在此基础上补充了最高级，我觉得书中提到了比较级就应附带提到最高级，使学生在头脑中产生一个联想的概念，同时也拓宽了他们的知识面。
在设计上，我充分考虑到了这一点，并采用了完全脱离课本的教学模式，由于学生接触英语的时间长了，对于书中的人物早已不能引起他们多大的兴趣，所以我选取了在生活中学生比较感兴趣的人物，如姚明,小矮人等，充分调动了学生的积极性，使学生主动投入到学习中去，使学生在良好的状态下学习了新句型，也激励学生们像姚明一样,长大后为国争光，渗透德育教育；接着又通过多种活动如同桌对话，亲自量身高，全班游戏"滚雪球"，看谁记得多，小组采访，评出全班最高星等，使新句型在此过程中得到了巩固练习，也使学生在合作过程中养成团结协作的好习惯，培养了竞争意识。
听录音是一节英语课必不可少的部分，第一遍听音，我事先把要回答的问题布置好，让学生带着任务去听，真正体现了"任务型的教学模式"，保证了学生的每个活动都是带有任务性的，第二次听音让学生边听边读，然后让学生在小组内分角色朗读，达到了"听、说、读、写"能力的全面培养的目的。
